3. PRIVATE DUTY/ SPECIAL DUTY NURSING

CRITERION I- QUALIFICATION FOR COMMISSION IN THE RESERVE FORCE NURSE CORPS

a. BSN graduate from a duly recognized university/college

c. A natural born Filipino citizen
d. Single/married. Female must not positively be found to have given birth to a living or still born child
e. Mentally and physically fit for military service and cleared by appropriate security agencies
f. Have a pleasing personality and a good moral character
g. Skillful in:

individuals/families/groups/communities
2. Communicating and relating to others
3. Making sound/rational judgment in a given situation
h. Interested and willing to work in both peaceful and wartime conditions
i. Not more than 32 years of age at the time of commission
j. Satisfy the following height requirements
1. Minimum of 62 inches for males
2. Minimum 60 inches for female

QUALIFICATION FOR COMMISSION IN THE REGULAR FORCE NURSE CORPS

QUALIFICATION FOR CALL TO ACTIVE DUTY (CAD)

4. Passed the physical and mental examination conducted by the appropriate authorities

QUALIFICATION FOR GENERAL DUTY NURSE

1. Must have the rank of second lieutenant

4. Demonstrate ability to perform comprehensive nursing care
