______________________________
Ma’am /Sir:
We, the Grade 10 students of A.L. Navarro National High School
are currently conducting a research study entitled (The Level of Awareness
of the Nutritive Value of among G10 Students of A.L.N.N.H.S). This is a
part of our English 10 topic with Mrs. Lirio L. Laureano, English Teacher;
Mr. Jayson G. Garson, Mr. Jelver M. Gallentes, Mr. Royett M. Gara and Mr.
Lester Jhon L. Florendo, Student - Teachers. Before we can push through
with our study, we must have the participation of your students.
We are asking your permission to excuse the students in your class.
It would be a great help for us in achieving the success of this research.
Respectfully yours,
Thea Angela Longino
