Subject: INQUIRING ABOUT THE BILLING PROGRAM

Dear Mr. Bakhsh:

I wish to make a request for information regarding your billing program specially designed for
the legal office.

I saw your advertisement in the PC News (February 2018 issue) and would like to know
specifically about the functions, contents, and features of your billing program. Ours is a small
legal firm with only 12 employees and in all we have about 50 clients per month. Previously we
have been using an IBM personal computer but our management feels that this Pc is now
unable to cater to our need and we need to have proper professional software. I would also like
to know if your company has a booklet for other legal office programs.

Mr Bakhsh I would be grateful if you could let me have all the information so that I could put
forward my proposal in our next board meeting which is scheduled for 20th March 2018.
