III. PROCEDURE.
A. Preparatory Activity

 Review the past lesson
 Motivation
 Setting of objectives
B. Activity
The teacher will give the picture to the students
and they will give an idea on what the picture it is.
C. Analysis
How will you identify if it is hazard?
D. Abstraction
What are the types of hazards?
E. Application
The teacher will group the students into four they act the
safety precaution to avoid injured.

IV. EVALUATION
Direction: Identify the types of hazard

Chemical physical biological radiation ergonomic
