OpManager Plus Notification Profile - Network control, simplified.

When a fault is detected in your network, an event occurs and multiple events correlate
to trigger an alarm. You can configure OpManager Plus to notify the network
administrator or perform automatic actions based on the alarm raised for a device
using the notification profiles.

The different types of notification profiles available are:

Email:
You can configure OpManager Plus to send e-mail to network administrators when a fault is
detected in the device. You can create separate profiles for each administrator and assign them
to devices so that whenever the device has a fault, an e-mail is sent to the technician concerned.

Email based SMS:
The Email to SMS option is a feature that allows you to convert a standard email into an SMS
message.

SMS:
The SMS option allows you to receive a regular text message when an alert is raised based on
the criteria configured into the SMS notification profile.

Run a System Command/ Program:
You can configure OpManager Plus to run a system command automatically or run a program
whenever a fault is detected in the device.

Web Alarm:
Web alarm lets you get updates on the alerts raised, as a Push Notification to the bell icon with a
short notification sound in the OpManager Plus window.

SysLog Profile and Trap Profile:
You can configure OpManager Plus to notify users over a Trap or via SysLog.

Other configurations of notification profile:

Time Window: You can create and configure profiles based on your time criteria.

Apply this profile all the time - This notifies alerts occurring for the selected criteria at any time.

Apply the profile for the selected time window - You can specify the required time- window
here. Alerts can be triggered during the specified interval and selected days.

Delayed Trigger & Recurring Trigger - You can set the notification profile to be triggered by a

authorities for forensic analysis. Archived logs can be imported and security incident
mining can be carried out by searching the raw logs.

D. Custom Reports- Firewall Analyzer includes custom report profiles that let you
create reports based on specific criteria. You can choose the sub-reports that you want
to include in this report, the exact parameters to be reported on, and even the layout of
the graph to be generated.

E. Scheduled Reports- Firewall Analyzer lets you set up schedules to run reports
automatically over specific time intervals. Once set up, reports will be generated in the
selected time interval, and stored in the server. You can choose to get these reports
emailed to operators (in PDF or CSV format) so that they can take a look at them when
needed.

Device inventory report
Firewall Analyzer shows the activity status of all configured firewall devices. It also
displays the vendor name, device type, and status of the firewall device. You also get a
complete picture of everything that’s happening on the firewall.

User inventory report
Firewall Analyzer provides a high-level overview of all the users that have accessed the
internet through the configured firewall devices. It also shows the number of users that
are using less than or greater than 20 percent of the bandwidth capacity, along with the
protocol used.You also get a comprehensive view of all the users generating traffic via
the firewall devices.

Interface inventory report
Firewall Analyzer monitors and provides visibility to interfaces that are under the
configured firewall devices.You also get live traffic reports on all the interfaces under the
configured firewall devices.

Rule inventory report
Firewall Analyzer can monitor and list the rules that have been triggered under the
configured firewall devices. You get a complete picture of all the allowed rules, denied
rules, and used rules under the firewall devices.

Cloud services inventory report
Firewall Analyzer monitors cloud services accessed via the added firewall devices in
real time. It also shows the number of cloud services using less than and greater than
20 percent of the bandwidth capacity, along with the specific category of that cloud
service.

G. Firewall alerts- Firewall Analyzer lets you set threshold triggers for specific traffic
and security events. Firewall Analyzer generates alerts automatically and notifies
network administrators, when the set threshold is exceeded. Any alarm that is
generated is recorded in the product UI. These alarms can be sent in real time via email
and SMS. Alarms can also trigger scripts and mitigate security events the very moment
an attack is detected.

H. Virtual firewall support- Firewall Analyzer supports logs from the Virtual
Firewalls (context / vdom) present in the Cisco, FortiGate, and Check Point devices.
Along with this the user based client view empowers the service provider with individual
Firewall reports and alerts to the customers. There is no special configuration required.
The application automatically recognizes the logs originating from the Virtual Firewalls.
Each Virtual Firewall is treated as a separate device. This facility is best suitable for
enterprises and MSPs / MSSPs where multi-vendor, multi-tenancy need to be catered for
in offering virtual firewall service for each of the vendors exclusively.

I. Importing firewall log files- Firewall Analyzer allows you to import the log files
and generate reports on already collected or old Firewall or security device log files.
Importing log files is invaluable in forensic analysis.

J. External user authentication- Firewall Analyzer has made the user
authentication to access the application easy and powerful. There is an in-built fully
functional local user authentication mechanism available. Apart from that, you can use
Active Directory or RADIUS server based user authentication techniques. Either Active
Directory or RADIUS server authentication can be set as default authentication for
Firewall Analyzer login.

A. Diagnose live firewall connections- The feature ensures that all the live
connections going through the Firewall device are captured and analyzed. The
connection to a machine with a particular IP address, between two IP addresses, using
a particular protocol and using a particular port can be monitored and diagnosed.

patterns in user behavior and network usage over time.
