3. 4 IEK Paid up IEK Members to sign for you (Corporates or Fellows)
4. A copy of ERB GraduateCertificate certified by Commissioner for Oaths
5. A copy of your Degree certificate certified by Commissioner of Oaths
6. Application Fee of Kshs. 3600/=. All cash payments should be paid at the Standard
Chartered Bank, Kenyatta Avenue, A/C No. 0102024134900.
7. ID Copy - Certified by Commissioner for Oaths
