Process:

• Pose these questions to yourself

• Wait, relax and see what answers your mind comes up with
• Come back the next 2 days. There will be more answers
• If you have a hard time answering the questions, then the problem is most likely that you do
not allow yourself to find the answers (not that you do not have them). Listen to the podcast
again.
• POST YOUR ANSWERS IN THE GROUP. This serves as inspiration to others. And when you
read others’ achievements, you will get inspiration what else you could list

Result:

• A list of aspects and situations of your work experience in which you were outstanding
• It is like a deck of cards from which you will then play only the aces. But this comes later
when we put it all together into a CV

Questions:

• What are the languages you speak?

• What are the sports you do?
• Did you lead a team there?
• Did you win any competition?
• What's your aim in these sports?
• What do you want to achieve there in the future?
• Still working on running the marathon under three hours or whatever?
• Do you play any instruments?
• Did you ever play publicly?
• Did you win any awards?
• Did you write a piece of music?
• Did you write the piece of literature?
• Did you create anything?
• Did you teach other people to create anything?
• Have you taught your skills to other people?
• Have you coded anything?
• Which languages do you code?
• What's your passion project? Again, what's your aim there that you want to do in the future?

This should be all skills that show that you've got a mind of your own.

How to answer:
And in each of these questions you want to see:

• Was there anything quantitative?

• Can I put in anything quantitative, even if it just an estimate or guesstimate?
