Balanced Scorecard (BSC) helping to improve corporate governance in
50%. Met 100% goals of the Contingency Plan for the recovery of past
due loan. Improve the critical processes to 100% loan ahead of

department of Lambayeque (northern PERU). Develop a strategy to

the increase in corporate profitability by 5%. To achieve these gains
