Copies of DepEd order No. 54, s. 2009 “ Revised Guidelines Governing Parents-Teachers
Association (PTAs) at the School Level “ were distributed to every attendee of the meeting
B. Meeting Proper
1. The meeting started with a short prayer led by Jack Mari Guzman , the Vice President of
the organization
2. The list of officers of the organizations were reviewed.
3. Expected roles and responsibilities of the officers being voted for were discussed.
3.1 The officers are as follows:

4. The body decided to distribute the offices for the attendees to construct the roles and
responsibilities assigned to them
Mrs. Bettelyn I. Pattalitan / Mrs. Melvene B. Bucaneg – assigned to craft the roles for
the president/ vice president
Mrs. Milanita F. Perez/ Mrs. Evelyn P. Ballesteros – assigned to prepare the roles of the
secretary/ treasurer
Mrs. Marcelina P. Sumajit/ Mrs. Eugenia A. Madarang/ Mrs. Jaima J. Pineda – assigned
to prepare for the
auditor/business manager/
P.I.O.
5. Mr. Danilo A. Rarama commended the body for the efforts they have exerted in crafting
the roles and responsibilities of the officers of organization.
6. “ Remember the 5 P’s – Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance”, he emphasized.
