The Parking Opera-
tions and Fees Regulation
Act s€eks to establish the
parking fee regulations
and standards for park-
ing facilities in various es-
tablishments.
The till sets measures
that will Drotect consum-
ers ftorli unieasonable
parking rates and fees
while giving porking op
erators a fair rcturn on
fheir invedturents.
The orooosed law cov-
ers all p'arldng facilities of
covsred establishments
for all types of vehides,
indudingbicydes, motor-
cydes, and automobiles.
Under the proposed
measue, parking fees are
free for confined patients
and out-patients in health
service establishments
while non?ati€nts will be
&arged P20 per hour, ,
