Nabutorque (Pty) Ltd is a technical and finance solutions provider founded in 2012 and
incorporated in terms of the South African Company Law Act, No. 71 of 2008
NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES
The company has six Executive Directors, the Chief Executive Officer and an Executive
Chairman, supported by a team of administrative staff. Critical staff expertise gets sourced in
on a contractual basis depending on the nature and complexity of projects at hand.

investment promotion and facilitation and funding mobilisation services.

KEY STAFF:
The company has adopted an innovative and flexible staffing regime. It has a full-time
Executive Chairman, CEO, and the directors fully compliment the human resources
requirements, on a project by project basis.
Directors’ Résumés:
Captain Daniel Sabwelera, Nabutorque Pty Ltd, a strategic consultant with various African
governments including Malawi, Seychelles, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana and Ivory Coast. A
graduate of the University of Plymouth Institute of Maritime Studies in the South West of
England and Former Head, Department of Maritime studies at the Durban University of
Technology he has served in various capabilities in Maritime Administration positions both
within and out of the African Continent. A reputed international trade and logistics expert
and several governments’ consultant issues of Ocean/Blue Economy
Mr Kganakga, 34, is a naturally talented entrepreneur of note with vast experience within
the ICT, Construction and Finance industries, spanning the African continent. At the tender
age of nineteen (19) he was a key member of the consulting team that successfully
established and constructed the mobile telephony network for MTN Nigeria; the largest
communications market on the continent.
Mr Kganakga has also served as a key member of the team that undertook the
establishment of the amalgamated switching company in Nigeria that seamlessly
consolidated over ninety seven (97) different banks and financial institutions, into an orderly
and more vibrant but harmonious forty (40) banks and financial institutions.
Mr Kganakga has gained valuable experience interacting and managing strategic relations at
a global scale. He has witnessed first-hand the vibrancy of the immense opportunities on the
continent.
Mr Amunga Andanje, 55, is a qualified Civil Engineer with thirty three (33) years of
international working experience spanning the African continent. His focus comprises
project proposal conceptualisation, feasibility studies, project preparation till financial
closure, detailed due diligence, engineering project management, detailed engineering
designs, planning, contract administration and site supervision of numerous engineering
infrastructure projects.
Mr Andanje brings to Nabutorque Pty Ltd, a wealth of practical hands-on project technical
experience, and an encyclopaedia of valuable contacts that enrich and enhance real project
opportunities on the continent. Born in Kenya, in East Africa, and now a naturalised South
African, he is an effective bridge builder between the leadership role that South Africa is
undertaking towards the development of the continent, and the rest of the continent itself
that teems with endless untapped opportunities. His most recent engagement with the
Development Bank of Southern Africa, from 2007 till before joining Nabutorque Pty Ltd,
accorded him a vantage point upon which to sharpen his positive view of development
aspects of the continent, but also to witness first-hand the proactive risk management.
