Abstract

Physical fitness has substantial effect on a person’s mental health. This paper analyzes

how getting active and staying fit can improve a person’s social, emotional and psychological

well-being exponentially thus boost their mood and ability to focus which will allow for a better

and healthier life. References of this paper include a review of literature of previous studies,

surveys, interviews, and online sources.
