In the Cashier the customer will present the items they would like to buy to the cashier.
The cashier will bar code the items and if items selected are Non Landmark items the
cashier will ask for the Purchase Order Slip of the specific item, if there is a color blue
 Purchase Order Slip, Machine Validates the Purchase Order Slip and then the customer
will pay cash.

If ever the customer doesn’t have the Blue Purchase Order Slip, The cashier will call the
attention of the salesclerk in charge of the item. Even though the Salesclerk is on another
floor he needs to go the cashier to issue a Purchase Order Slip to the customer before the
buyer pay in cash.

When the customers selected only Landmark items, He can already pay cash directly to
the Cashier

CARD TO CASH TRANSACTION (if credit card declined, customers are willing to pay
all the items in cash).

In card to cash transaction, the customer brings in his selected item, it will be bar coded
in the cashier. The cashier swipes the card, if card is decline the she/he needs to re enter
all the items that the customer has. The cashier needs to call all the salesclerks incharge
of the customers Non Landmark items to reissue the customer another color of Purchase
Order Slip which will be validated to the cashier terminal and pay cash to the cashier

CARD TRANSACTION

In card transaction the customers bring in their selected items, the cashier will bar coded
all the items. If selected items are non Landmark items, the cashier checks for the color
maroon purchase order slip. If there is no Maroon Purchase Order Slip the casier will
need to call the in charge of the items for the issuance of the Maroon Purchase Order
Slip.

If items has no Non Landmark item they will proceed to swipe and pay credit card and
pay.

CASH AND CARD TRANSACTION

In this proposed system flow the customer doesn’t need to have a Purchase Order Slip.
They go directly to the cashier, it doesn’t matter if it is a Landmark on Landmark items.
After the cashier bar coded the items. The customer will pay the items in cash or cad.

In this propose system flow on card to cash transaction the cashier will barcode all the
items. It doesn’t matter whether it is landmark or non Lanmark items. After barcoding the
cashier will swipe the card, if card declined the customer will pay cash.
