1. Insert CD into CD ROM drive

2. From “START” menu select [RUN] BurnerMax2
3. Type D:\Setup\setup.exe (if D is the CD ROM driveletter)
4. Click [OK] to start installation The Intelligent combustion computer

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for selecting the BurnerMax2 combustion computer

for the monitoring and control of your flue gas Oxygen / CO2.
Please check if the following components are included

1. 1 x BurnerMax2 Combustion Computer

2. 1 x K type Thermocouple Figure 2
3. 1 x 1/2 inch Socket for Thermocouple
4. 20m Yellow Compensating Cable for Thermocouple
5. 1 x Bosch Sensor with Plug and 20m Extension Cable 2. Make sure the welds are full and continuous and air tight as in Figure 3
6. 1 x Socket for Bosch Sensor
7. PVC cable glands
8. 1 x RS 232 Communications Cable (optional)
9. 1 x Computer Software comprising of 1 CD

3. Do not run signal cables with power cables

4. Do not run cables over HOT surfaces
5. For Terminal connections see inside lid of terminal box and wiring
drawing supplied

2.INSTALLATION OF HARDWARE
1. Weld 1/2 inch Thermocouple socket and Bosch Sensor socket on the
side of the flue duct as shown in Figure2
