1 Description of Asset for Approval:

Please identify the asset(s) you are approving for use by Oracle Corporation and our affiliates (“Oracle”). If
your asset type does not appear, please fill in the ‘Other’ line or add an attachment to this document.

Trademarks (this includes company names and logos)
Written material – This includes portions of or complete articles, white papers, success stories,
embedded drawings and trademarks and other information. Customer also allows Oracle to use any
names, biographical information, likeness, portrait, image, picture, quotes, or all or parts of interviews
and information obtained from interviews (“likeness”)
Interactive material – This includes portions of or complete videos, podcasts, interviews, webcasts,
embedded drawings and trademarks and other. Customer allows Oracle to display both visual and
audio recordings. These recordings may or may not contain or be accompanied by names,
biographical information, likeness, portrait, image, picture, voice, quotes, all or parts of interviews and
information obtained from interviews (“likeness”)

2 Use of Approved Assets:

Oracle would like to use the approved assets in materials and activities that promote Oracle’s products or
services. If you would like to limit asset use to specific promotional materials or activities, please identify
the limitations on use below. Further descriptions and examples can be attached to this document.

3 Granting of Permission
On behalf of my company or organization and, if the assets include my likeness or testimonial, myself, I
grant Oracle permission to use the approved assets as in the Oracle promotional materials and activities
identified above. This includes the worldwide right to copy, translate, broadcast, transmit, distribute, exhibit,
perform, publish and display the assets as incorporated into the Oracle promotional materials and activities.
Oracle is granted no other rights to the assets and acknowledges that it will not gain any ownership interest
in the assets.

Oracle is under no obligation to use or to provide compensation for any of the rights or permissions
granted. Oracle shall be the exclusive owner of all right, title and interest, including copyright, in the Oracle
promotional materials and activities.

This Permission may be terminated at any time with thirty (30) days written notice to Oracle. Upon
termination, Oracle will discontinue use of the assets; provided, however, Oracle may continue to use
the assets in advertising media (including, but not limited to, magazines, newspapers, direct mail, radio,
billboards, and television) finalized prior to notice of termination and where such placements cannot be
discontinued or altered without penalty to Oracle.

Addendum: Approved Customer Use

Oracle encourages Customers and Partners to highlight and use any approved assets on marketing materials and
websites. Please read below for guidelines and restrictions.

Use of direct links to published Oracle assets

Customers and Partners are welcome to use the provided asset URLs published to Oracle.com or Oracle.com
approved social media on their internal or external websites. For videos, please use the provided Brightcove URL.
This will help Oracle track actual usage.

Use of video source files

If needed, customers and partners can make a request for the source files for videos that highlight their company.
Customers are free to embed these video files into internal or external presentations at the customer’s discretion.
The customer may use the full video or portions of the video that meet the purpose of the presentation.

Oracle requests that customers not republish the video or portions of the video on an external website accessible
from the public domain. This would impact Oracle’s efforts of tracking, monitoring, and excluding (blocking) certain
sites from displaying our video content. In addition, Oracle needs to retain control over video usage published on
external sites to ensure the privacy and permission levels of other customers, employees, and any third party
images are met.
