We are here with pleased to confirm our special rates 2020 (Active on January)
for your company as below :

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


1. The above rates are inclusive to 21% service charge & government
tax.
2. Should any surcharge occurs for certain dates, Hotel will advise in advance
for the dates and rate.
3. The above rates are NON-COMMISSIONABLE.
4. Children policy.
No additional room charge for children under 11 years old sharing the room
with parents maximum 2 ( two ) children, without extra bed or breakfast. 50%
off for children additional buffet breakfast.
5. Rates Restrictions.
Room rates are applicable to your company account and the
reservation should be centralized to your office. Should the guest
reserve the room by his/her self, regular published or promotional
rates will be applied to protect the confidentiality of our agreement.
6. Group Size
Grand Impression Hotel regards as a group a minimum of 10 (ten) paying
rooms traveling together.

7. Reservation Policy
A. FOR TRAVEL AGENTS
All reservations made by Travel Agents who has Credit Facility with
Grand Impression will only be confirmed upon receive your Copy
Voucher (CV) prior to the guests’ arrival.
1. Your guests will only enjoy your services on the DATE mentioned of
GL/BL/CV received by Hotel
2. Reservations made by the travel agents who do not have Credit
Facilities with Hotel can only be accepted upon receive of pre-
payment for a minimum of 1 (one) night’s stay, with the total balance
payable before the guests’ check-out.
3. Hotel will hold your room until 14.00 hours Indonesia Time on the
date of arrival, if the reservation is made 1 (one) day in advance or
more.
4. Hotel will hold your room until 18.00 hours Indonesia Time on the
date of arrival, if the booking is made on the same day of guest arrival.
5. Guests who do not arrive by this time may find their reservation
cancelled automatically without prior notice, unless guaranteed by
your company or credit card or advance cash deposit.
6. Group reservations are available upon request.
7. Final group room list, including daily meal requirements, arrival and
departure times should be received by Hotel 7 (seven) days prior to
arrival.

8. Cancellations or “No Show” policy


A. For Individuals:
The charge will be applied on guaranteed room, food & beverage or other
inquiry (if any) as stated on Booking or Guarantee Letter signed by
authorized person.
1. No Cancellation Fee:
If the cancellation is made 72 hours prior to the guests’ arrival.
2. 50% charges of the price of 1 (one) night:
If the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the guests’ arrival.
3. 75% charges of the price of 1 (one) night:
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the guests’ arrival.
4. 100% charge of the price of 1 (one) night:
If the cancellation is made on the same day of the guests’ arrival.

B. For Group:
The charge will be applied on guaranteed room, food & beverage or other
inquiry (if any) as stated on Booking or Guarantee Letter signed by
authorized person.
1. No Cancellation Fee:
If the cancellation is made 21 (Twentyone) days before the guests’
arrival.
2. 75% charges of the price of 1 (one) night:
If the cancellation is made 14 (fourteen) days before the guests’
arrival.
3. 50% charges of the price of 1 (one) night:
If the cancellation is made within 7 (seven) days prior to the guests’
arrival.
4. 100% charge of the price of 1 (one) night:
If the cancellation is made within 72 hours (3 days) prior to the guests’
arrival.

9. Check-in and Check-out procedures


1. Check-in time is 1.00 p.m. Check-out time is on or before 12 noon.
2. Late check-out is subject to room availability and will be charged as
follows:
a. Check-out until 6 p.m. – 50% of contract rate.
b. Check-out after 6 p.m. – 100% of contract rate

10. Credit Facilities


Application form is available for guests who wish to establish credit facilities
with Grand Impression Hotel***.

13. Billing Arrangement


1. Reservations for guests who do not have credit facilities with Hotel can
only be accepted upon receive of pre-payment for a minimum of one
night’s stay.
2. Payment must be settled in full upon check-out. Payment must be made in
cash or by bank draft unless guests have a written credit arrangement
with Hotel.
3. Should a credit application be completed and accepted, payment shall be
settled in full within 30 days after receive of invoice.
4. Should payment not be received within 15 days, Hotel reserves the right
to add a penalty fee of 5% of the invoice for each 30 days of late payment.

14. Methode of Payment


Payment must be settled by cash. In order for us to include your
company in our listing for preferential rates, please notify your
acceptance of all terms and conditions of this agreement by signing the
duplicated of it on all pages and by mailing it duly stamped to Hotel.
