The leaders of tomorrow represents a demographic that includes resourceful, competitive,
energetic multi-taskers with a positive view of the world, and a thirst to get things done. This
demographic includes Millennials as well as the Gen Z - that represent the first truly Digital Natives
to enter the workplace. They include tech entrepreneurs as well as professionals working in mid-
and large-sized technology organizations.
For the Millennials and the Gen Z, technology is a key, critical tool for getting things done. In a fast-
paced work environment, this demographic depends on technology to accomplish targets easily.
The Smartphone plays a key role for the leaders of tomorrow in a changing business environment
marked with increased complexities and challenges.
This pan-India independent study by CMR took a close look at the Millennials and other
professionals. It took a stab at understanding the mindset of the demographic, and their
expectations and perspectives on technology, especially Smartphones.
