Dear Sir, SourceIt USA has direct access to the Law firm, Provider and
Monetizer all working together in a “Closed Loop” process for Clients behalf.
The Provider retains the services of the Law firm to protect and manage Clients
funds during the production process as follows:

BANK GUARANTEE COST = 3.65% OF FACE VALUE

1. Client Registration Contract with Toronto based Global Law Firm and, along
with U.K.-based Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co. that has joined as an
international law firm with over,1400 lawyers and a global footprint spanning
18 countries.
2. Escrow agreement for Managed BG Provider to BG Monetizer at 3.65% of
Face Value.
3) Client must honor a Separate and Private fee agreement of 2% payable to SourceIT
USA Inc. immediately upon receipt of Monetized funds.

BG is Monetized at 50% FV in ($ or €)
USING ROUND NUMBERS AT 4% FV for example.

Example: $2M triggers a $50M BG X 50% = Net $25M

$2M will Net $25 Million
$3.2M will Net $40 Million
$4M will Net $50 Million
$8M will Net $100 Million
$10M will Net $125 Million
$20M will Net $250 Million…this is the Maximum for a single BG however Multiples
can be simultaneously arranged.
Above amounts less 2% of Instruments FACE VALUE in commission.

REQUIREMENTS:

1) CIS/PASSPORT of Client
2) Bank Statement showing min 4% of FV as financial capability and a Brief
Summary of what Project funds will be used for.
****Once received and approved****
3) Contacted by Providers Atty and Escrow agreement provided: Signed by Law
Firm and Client.
4) Funds Wired (3.65% of FV) to Firms Atty Trust account. IOLTA
5) Firm advises Provider of Escrow agreement and Deposit on hand and Amount
of BG required in order to activate the process.

6) Completed and Signed Contract between Provider & Monetizer (This

document is not reviewed nor signed by client however clients Nominated
Bank Account is listed within contract to receive MT103 payment of
Monetized funds. Communication will take place between the Monetizers
Bank and the Clients Bank officer when funds are made available to inform of
Pre-Advice and subsequent funding.
7)15-20 Banking days to complete and fund.

CRITICAL TO NOTE* 100% of Clients Funds are held under Atty Escrow
Protection until AFTER Provider and Monetizer perform and fund investors account.

*The above is the Total and ONLY fees/charges for the Applicant’s account. *There
are no additional fees or monthly charges.
*Request Dollar pay in Dollar Request Euro pay in Euro.* Law firm handles all
dealings between client and Provider/Monetizer keeping ALL PARTIES confidential.
* SourceIT USA Inc. acts as Intake for the Providers Representative.
*Notarized Fee agreement is lodged and monitored by Escrow Atty.
* Deposit is fully Refundable per escrow agreement in the unlikely event
of non-performance. i.e. The sole purpose of the Law firm is for Clients
Funds Security and Confidentiality.

*Providers Bank is HANG SENG HK and Monetizers Bank is HSBC HK
