Critical Thinking
Stress is something unavoidable; school or family pressure, money problems, physical changes or bad
relationships with friends can make us feel stressed; but how to deal with it?
Activity 1. Describe what makes you feel stressed and what you do to deal with it. Tell experiences
or common situations in which you must find how to solve a negative situation. Be sure
you’re including enough details.
Another important aspect for integral personal care is by eating healthy. Have you ever thought how
healthy your meals are?
Activity 2. Create a video in which you show your favorite dish/meal and detail (orally) the
ingredients: what they’re good for: this is a protein. I eat proteins to….. this is a fat, I consume it to….
• Include real photos and videos of your meals and add your voice.

Activity 3. Tell what some family members do to avoid stress (or to deal with it) by creating a pie
chart or bar graph to interpret the results. Follow the example:
Situation: You have an important date/meeting/competition… in which you have to make a good
impression.
Activity 4. Write what you are going to do to cause that good impression on others. Include the
importance of personal hygiene, healthy habits and assertive communication.
Example: Tomorrow is my birthday, and I’m going to meet my old friends after so long.
First, I’m going to take a shower and brush my teeth. I’m also going to be sure my
clothes are clean before ironing. Then, I’m going to….
