Pravahika have to be understood as those of Atisar and the treatment
should be the same as that of Atisar.

4) Along with Kutajarishta, Sanjeevani Gutika is helpful as an
Amapachak and Agnivardhak Sanjivani Gutika
5) Shankha & Kapardik Bhasma are specially useful as Aamapachak • Amapachak, Deepak Gutika
In cases of Jeerna Pravahika, Bruhat Kasturi Bhairav, Hingwshtak • Useful in Amatisar,

Grahani is the main site of Agni and Pachak Pitta. This is also
known as Pittadhara Kala. Grahani is located in between Choorna - Isabgol, Bilwa Majja choorna
