Pre-requisite:

Course objectives
At the end of the course, the students must be able to:

1. To be able to understand and handle design problems in a systematic manner


2. To gain practical experience in handling 2D drafting and 3D modeling software systems.
3. To be able to apply CAD in real life applications

Program outcome:
The course shall demonstrate the students shall attain the following Program outcomes:
1. Develop various components and their assembly using modeling software.
2. An ability to work professionally in areas of design and realization of systems with the
further use of computational tools.

Evaluation Scheme:

Internal Assessment: 60 Marks

12 Experiments (Performance + Observation + Lab Record+ Assignment questions at the end of


each Exercise) – 60 marks

End Semester Examination: 40 Marks

Experiment Perform (Major (12 Marks) +Minor (08 Marks)) - 20 Marks


Theory in exam answer sheet - 10 Marks
Viva - 10 Marks
