List of LNG projects in Vietnam

1 / The Thi Vai gas power project chain, including the port importing 1 million
tons of LNG / year, the Nhon Trach 3 and TGT projects (880 MW) and Nhon
Trach 4 (880 MW) are expected to be put into operation in 2023. - 2024. The
Thi Vai port - terminal is being urgently built.

2 / Son My 1 and 2 gas power projects (Binh Thuan province) with a total
capacity of 4,500 MW using up to 3 million tons of LNG / year, expected to start
operation from 2025 - 2026. From EDF (SM I) and ASE (SM II)

3 / Bac Lieu gas power project with 3,200 MW TBKHH power plant (4x750 +
200 MW) with floating LNG storage and storage capacity of 150 - 174 thousand
m3 LNG, importing 3 million tons of LNG / year, according to Proposed by Delta
Offshore Energy (USA). If implemented smoothly, it is expected that the project
will be completed in phase 1 by the end of 2023 and complete in 2027
In Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, there are 5 new projects with a total scale of 17,350 MW
being supported by the province and proposed the Ministry of Industry and Trade to submit
to the Government for adding to the PDP VII (adjusted), including:

4 / LNG - Cai Mep Ha Liquefied Gas and Power Complex Project (in Cai Mep Ha area, Phu My
town), funded by Gen X Energy Company of Blackstone Investment Fund - USA and Group
Joint Stock Company T&T proposed investment. The total capacity of this project is about
6,000 MW.

5 / Project of Long Son Power Center (in Long Son Commune, Vung Tau City), invested by
Power Generation Corporation 3, with a total capacity of about 4,500 MW. The project has a
wholesale LNG port, LNG liquefied gas storage, capacity of phase 1 is 3.5 million tons / year;
Phase 2 will increase to 6.5 million tons / year to supply electricity to the southeastern
provinces.

6 / LNG Long Son Gas Power Project (in Long Son Petroleum Industrial Zone, Vung Tau City),
invested by Marubeni Corporation (Japan). Total capacity is expected to be about 4,800 MW,
invested capital is about 2.7 billion USD.
7 / Ba Ria 2 Thermal Power Project (in Long Huong Ward, Ba Ria City), invested by Ba Ria
Thermal Power Joint Stock Company, with a capacity of about 1,200 MW and an investment
capital of US $ 1.3 billion.

8 / Long Son gas power project (Ba Ria - Vung Tau province), capacity of 3,600 MW, LNG Long
Son port warehouse importing 3.5 million tons of LNG / year, expected to be completed in 2025.

9 / Phu My Thermal Power Project 3.1 (in Phu My 1 Industrial Park, Phu My town), proposed by
Phu My 3 Electricity Company Limited, with a capacity of about 850 MW, invested capital 855 , 7
million USD.

10 / Long An gas power project will replace Long An 1 coal-fired power projects (2x600 MW),
Long An 2 (2x800 MW) expected to be completed in 2027 (according to the revised VII-
electricity plan). This project is being reviewed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the scale
of capacity and volume of imported LNG. Currently, to put into operation for submission to the
Prime Minister for approval.

11 / Quang Tri Province allowed T&T Group investors to survey and compile a proposal to build
Hai Lang Scientific and Scientific Equipment Factory with a scale of 3,600 - 4,500 MW, the input
phase will operate in 2028.
