Tell Me About Yourself?

We owned a small internet café in the province which is managed by my

family. There, I learned mostly of my computer and social skills. I learned how to
play computer games interacting with other players globally, it gives you that
ecstatic and excitement feeling and that inner happiness that you’ve never been felt
with other things. It keeps me to stay focus and also relieves my stress in school
works but at the same time I learn how to value time and manage it to keep myself
in the right track. My father being a bookkeeper and accountant of some businesses
in our province taught me how he do his job in which now I also have the
knowledge on how to do it.

Why should we hire you?

Being young and fresh graduate and have never been experience working in
a company. The fresh ideas and knowledge that I possess will add up on the recipe.
I strongly believe that I can be as competitive as others just like a computer game
simulated in real life. Aside from my educational attainment and backgrounds, I
think my overwhelming skills will ensure that I am that person finally fit in this job
offer. I also have experience in bookkeeping and tax compliance. I’m also
proficient in using Microsoft Office Application, so I believe that if you hire me, it
will be a great platform to showcase my skills. Whatever goals I set, I ensure to
complete them within stipulated time.

What is your Greatest Strength?

I have quite a few strengths, probably my greatest strength is my strong work
ethic. When I commit to a deadline, I do whatever it takes to deliver. For example,
when I was doing my internship at Landbank I was assigned to finish one of the
report due and I had only one day to finish it. I pulled an all-nighter just to finish
the report because I knew that the client need to get the report on time.

What is your Weakness?

Being impatient and easily irritated to my peers is not my best asset, but as i
matured, I have learned how to adjust and how to handle different types of people
in my surroundings.

Why do you want this job?

Being a fresh graduate and seeking a company to work with, I chose your
company as one of my top list because of its status as a globally competitive
business. I didn’t pick it, only to gain experience but rather to test my skills and
capabilities as a CPA. I want to grow individually as a productive and efficient
employee and I believe I can learn so many things that it will improve and
contribute in my overall being. But first of all I want to help the business to grow
with me, contributing to its success with all that I can; embodying the vision,
mission and goals that the company lived with. You are also known for training
and developing the skill sets of your employees. That’s something I want to be a
part of and admire.
How much salary do you seek for?
I am a fresher and salary is not my first priority. This is a big platform to
start my career and I want to improve my knowledge and skill and gain experience.
So I expect a considerable salary according to my ability and your company norms
which will fulfill my economical needs.

Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

Well I know future is uncertain. But I want to give my best to our company.
Gain as much as knowledge about work. Want to be a skillful knowledgeable and
experienced worker who has the effective solutions to solve our company's
problem and be a part of the great success of the organization.
