Escape Room

About the Event:

The escape room is an event that unleashes the detective in you. With a few technical skills and a keen
sense of observation, you have to escape from the grasp of your kidnapper. Your basic chemistry and
biology knowledge and your stamina will be the key to help solve the mystery. Get trapped in the room,
decode whodunit and escape!

Event Details:

 Round 1: Questions related to basic chemistry and biology will be asked with a few brain teasers
and puzzles. 30 minutes will be given to complete the questionnaire. The top 10 teams will be
selected based on the highest scores
 Round 2: This round will be a scavenger hunt where the teams will be gathering clues and
protocols for the final round. Only 3 teams which are be able to gather all the clues will be
allowed to proceed to the final round
 Round 3: The teams have to solve puzzles and perform certain basic chemistry experiments to
solve the mystery and escape from the room

Rules and Regulations:

 Two participants in a team


 The members of the team must belong to the same college
 The use of mobile phones and calculators are prohibited
 Round 1:
o Each question will carry 1-2 marks
o There will be no negative marking
o The use of mobile phones and calculators are strictly prohibited
 Round 2:
o The protocols must be collected in an orderly fashion
o The team should have all the protocols to proceed to the final round

Judging Criteria:

 The first team to escape the room will be the winners


 The runner up will be decided as the game proceeds
 The organizers' decision will be final

Perplex

About The Event:

Do you know a little more Biology than “mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell” and a little more
Chemistry than “a mole is equal to 6.022*10^23 atoms”? Then Perplex awaits you.
Come push your knowledge, task handling capabilities and time management skills to the limit.

Event Details:

 Round 1 (Prelims): Quiz comprising of questions related to chemistry and biology. Top 8 teams
will be selected for the next round
 Round 2: Small tasks related to basic lab instruments. Based on the accuracy and performance
of the task, three teams shall proceed to the final round
 Round 3: A time-based round. Teams will be given a set of experiments to be completed at the
earliest. The team which completes all the given experiments first shall be the winner

Rules and Regulations:

 Any number of teams can participate in the prelims


 Team limit: 2 members
 Obey the volunteers as they guide you
 Participants should carry all the stationery items for the 1st round
 Materials and procedures for all the experiments will be provided
 Lab equipment should be handled with care

Judging Criteria:

 Each round will have its own judging criteria


 Top 8 teams scoring the highest marks in round 1 will proceed to round 2
 In the 2nd round, the top 3 teams will be selected based on the handling of the equipment and
accuracy of the results

Capture the Flag

About the Event:

Are you eager to exhibit your hacking skills?

Capture The Flag is an information security competition that challenges you to solve a variety of tasks
ranging from a scavenger hunt to basic programming exercises, to hacking your way into a server to
steal data.

Rules and Regulations:


 Teams should consist of 1-2 members
 It's strictly prohibited to perform any kind of Denial of Service Attack (DoS/DDoS) against the
servers or the competition's infrastructure
 Do not use Brute Force on the flag submission system because the flags cannot be guessed
 Do not try to exchange flags or write-ups during the competition

 Do not share recent discoveries related to challenges publicly on IRC channels, WhatsApp,
Facebook or any other social networks/messaging app, nor in any other way with the
contestants of other teams
 It is recommended to use your own system/laptop. We will be providing systems for those who
do not have their own systems but they will be just live USB Kali installations
 You are free to use any software that is open source/free or written by you
 Judges decision will be considered final
 Round 1:
Round duration: 3 hours
The round will be a jeopardy style CTF. You will be given various problems under Forensics,
Steganography, Cryptography and Web Exploitations. Points will be assigned based on the
difficulty of the problem. Teams with the most points will move forward to Round 2
 Round 2:
Round duration: 3 hours
This round will be a King of the Hill style CTF. You will be provided with various systems with
varying levels of difficulty. You are supposed to hack into them and change a file which in turn
will make the system yours. You can defend your system without changing any network or
firewall rules
 The team with maximum points at the end of all rounds will be declared winners

Hackridea

About The Event:

When a great idea takes root in your mind, you find yourself engrossed with it. It consumes every
moment and takes up every priority. We welcome you to Hackridea, a 24 hour long caffeine fuelled

marathon of brainstorming, problem solving and coding. Drop everything else and endeavor to give
form to your idea and see it come to life!

Rules and Regulations:

 Only the shortlisted teams of Round 1 are eligible to participate in Round 2


 Travel charges to the venue i.e., NMAMIT must be borne by the participants
 Only 24 hours will be provided to build the prototype
 Already built product/taking help from other people will lead to disqualification
 Open source libraries can be used, provided the library has a GNU General Public License
 The decision of the jury will be transparent, final and binding
 Participants are requested to bring their own hardware and software required to develop the
prototype which needs to be verified with the organizers
 Participants should implement only on those ideas submitted during the online phases by
them. If found implementing other ideas, they will be disqualified
 Disqualification of the entire team or strict action will be taken against them
 After 10 pm, participants will not be allowed to go out unless they are accompanied by
event organizers/volunteers
 Any kind of intoxicant is strictly prohibited inside the campus
 Organizers decision will be considered final for any conflicts which may arise before or
during the event
 Theme: Innovation in any field of engineering or technology
Round 1: Idea Submission and Selection
Phase 1: Online Phase - Every team will be given a deadline before which they need
to submit an innovative idea on which they will be working on the HACKRIDEA web
page (www.incridea.in)
Phase 2: Selection Phase - 20 teams will be selected by the Selection Panel, and be
given a chance to participate in the on-site Hackathon at Incridea-2020
Round 2: Prototype Building
The selected teams will be allotted 24 hours to build/develop a working prototype.
Based on continuous evaluation and completion of the working prototype/model,
10 teams will be selected for the final round.
Round 3: Presentation
The Teams will be presenting their Ideas along with their working prototype built in
Round 2 (Prototype Building Phase)
 Prizes will be awarded for the first and second positions

Techtainment

About the Event:

Techtainment is an event that checks the technical knowledge of the participants along with their
presence of mind. All of you need is some technical knowledge and a great companion.

Event Details:
 Round 1:
o An aptitude test will be conducted

o The questions will be based on basic mental skills and simple technical questions
o The time allotted for the questionnaire will be 25 minutes
o Top 20 teams will be selected to go to round 2
 Round 2:
o Bob the Builder: Initially a system is given to each team with connections disconnected
and they will be asked to set up the system within the given time limit and whoever
completes it will be moving to task 2
o C-words Mania: Each Team will be given a technical crossword based on C-language
which they need to solve it in the given time and on basis of points top 10 teams will
make it to Round 3
 Round 3 (Final round):
o Minute to win it: The team will be given a task which they have to complete in 1
minute. In this task each team is provided with a newspaper. Contestants need to find
the words encircled and note it down on the sheets provided.35 words are encircled
randomly which are to be found by the contestants. The top 5 teams that find maximum
words in 1 minute will make it to the task 2
o Tower of cups: The contestants will be provided with a stack of cups from which they
need to construct a tower and then deconstruct the tower and recreate the stack of
cups which is to be done in a particular fashion. The top 3 teams finishing it according to
the rules in the minimum time will be declared winners accordingly

 Any kind of foul play by any team will lead to disqualification


 Use of any electronic gadgets not allowed
 Teams found hampering the progress of other teams in any manner will be disqualified
 Outsourced information is not allowed
 If there are any conflicts, then the decision of the organizers will be final

Bob the Builder

About the Event:

Time to get busy, such a lot to do; building and fixing till it's good as new. Bob and the gang can build it,
they can fix it, so can you at ‘Bob The Builder.’

Event Details:

 There will be a total of 3 Rounds


 Round 1: Preliminary Round:
o 25 aptitude questions will be given
o Time allotted is 20 minutes
 Round 2: Eliminator Round
o A pictorial representation of house plumbing work will be given
o Contestants have to make a replica by using plastic straws
o Top 7 teams shall proceed to the final round
 Round 3: Final Round
o Miniature bricks, ice-cream sticks, cardboard and clay will be provided
o Participants have to make a model of a house using these materials
o The planning for these houses will be provided

Rules and Regulations:

 Each team consists of at most 3 members


 The evaluation will be done after the prelims
 Top 30 teams will be selected for the eliminator round
 Top 7 teams will be selected for the final round
 Usage of materials other than those provided is prohibited

Judging Criteria:

 The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable


 Elimination round evaluation will be based upon minimum wastage, time, vertical plumb and
finishing
 Evaluation in the final round will be based on the aesthetic appearance, presentation time,
quality of work and minimum wastage

Event Details:

 There will be a total of 3 rounds


 Round 1: Preliminary Round
o Each team should consist of 3 members
o 25 MCQ questions will be given on the spot
o Time allotted is 15 minutes
o Top 20 teams will qualify for the next round
 Round 2: Treasure hunt
o The participants will be given certain clues and tasks to perform
o Timings will be the main judging criteria
o Top 8 teams will qualify for the final round
 Round 3: Finals
o Materials will be provided to the selected teams
o Minimum height and dimensions will be specified on the spot
o Every team is free to construct their own design

Event Details:

 Round 1: The Prelims


A pen-paper test consisting of aptitude and technical questions
There will be 30 questions to be solved in the time interval of an hour
Use of the internet or any kind of reading material is strictly prohibited
 Round 2: Rig it up
Complete an unfinished circuit on a breadboard. The clues to finish the circuit will be hidden in
the quiz
 Round 3: Message hunt
Solve a given set of clues to find the location of the Wi-Fi hotspots available within the campus
and thereby login to the Wi-Fi network through the password hidden in the clue and hence
decode the message
 Round 4: Optimum
The participants will be given a problem statement, which needs to be solved in the simplest
way possible. Each of the components will have a fixed value (e.g. MUX=50, basic gates=10).
Participants will have points earned from their previous rounds. They will have to design the
circuit using the points they earned in the previous rounds, to get the optimal solution

Rules and Regulations:

 Use of the internet or any kind of reading materials/textbooks will be strictly prohibited in the
first round
 The use of calculators for prelims is prohibited
 Participants are expected to abide by the basic ethical norms and requirements of the event

Money Heist

About The Event:

Get ready to awaken the Einstein within and unravel the mysteries. If you believe that you are capable
of deciphering the given enigma, then here’s an event that funds you to get to the bottom of these
mysteries!

Event Details:

 The event consists of a total of three rounds


 Round 1: A questionnaire related to general knowledge, technical and aptitude
 Round 2: Each team will be provided with a laminated ID credit card. The teams will receive
money in their cards after completion of various puzzles given to them
 Round 3: The teams will build circuits for a specific application. They will have to trade time
currency earned in the previous round with time bonus for the final round and build the required
circuit block which will be used to break the lock

Rules and Regulations:

 The use of calculators, mobile phones, or any kind of electronic device will result in
disqualification
 Round 1:
o Time duration: 40 minutes
 Round 2:
o Time duration: 2 hours
o Consists of 5 puzzles each with two tasks that are to be completed in sequence, After
the completion of each puzzle, a hint to the next puzzle will be provided to proceed
further
 Round 3:
o The minimum time duration is 1 hour and 30 minutes. The time currency earned in the
previous round will be a bonus adding extra time for this round. The maximum time
allowed is 2 hours and 15 minutes
o A complete circuitry will be divided into 2, and their separate blue prints will be
provided for the group in sequence. The input to the first sub-circuit block is noted
down. Similarly, input to the second sub-circuit block is the solution of second puzzle.
Again, the output needs to be noted. The combination of the outputs from two sub-
circuits will be the key for opening the treasure box
 Only students pursuing engineering degrees are allowed to participate
 A maximum of 3 members are allowed in a team
 All the team members must be from the same college
 External contestants should register prior. Spot registrations are not entertained
 Internal contestants are also advised to register prior to the event, although spot registrations
are accepted
 Using the internet is prohibited

 Top 5 teams from round 2 will be selected for the final round
 The final winner will be decided based on the time consumed, money left with the team and
percentage of completion of the project

Robo Race

About the Event:

Come let your robots do the running and your skills do the talking in the Robo Race this Incridea.

Robot Specifications:

 The robot’s dimensions should not exceed 25cm X 25cm X 25cm (lxbxh)
 The weight of the bot should not exceed 3kgs. However, a tolerance of 5% is acceptable
 The robot can be powered onboard or off the board
 The potential difference between any two electrical points on the robot must not exceed more
than 24 volts throughout the run
 The coordinators will not be responsible for any kind of electromagnetic interference in wireless
communication

Rules and Regulations:

 Only students from the same college can form a team


 You must present your college ID and PID while registering
 An individual cannot be a member of more than one team
 A robot cannot be shared by two or more teams
 The robots cannot be constructed out of ready-made kits available in the market
 The robot should follow the specifications provided. Any deviation from the mentioned
specifications will lead to disqualifications
 No practice run will be allowed on the main track
 Both wired and wireless bots are allowed
 The team to complete the whole track in the least amount of time will be the winner
 The structure of the robot must not be changed during the competition
 If the robot falls off of any obstacle or is immobile, it will be placed back at the previous
checkpoint crossed with a penalty
 Pulling the robot with connected wires on track will lead to disqualification
 The robot should not be disassembled until the results are declared
 The time measured by the organizers will be final
 The decisions made by the coordinators will be final

Burn and Run

About the Event:

Welcome to the world of embedded systems. Are you good at an event circling around burning and
running programs using microcontrollers and Arduino? Burn and Run awaits you!

Event Details:

 Round 1:
35 questions about the microcontroller will be given to the participants. The time allotted is 45
minutes
 Round 2:
A problem question related to Arduino or 8051 interfacing will be given. Participants are
expected to write the code using Keil/ Arduino IDE and burn the hex file to get the desired
output. Three hours are allotted for this round

Rules and Regulations:

 Team of 2 to 3 members. Any number of teams can participate in the event


 Use of the internet or any kind of reading materials/ textbooks are strictly prohibited
 Only students from the same college can form a team
 An individual cannot be a member of more than one team
 The decision of judges will be final
 Topics to be known are Basic Electrical, Basic Electronics and Instrumentation and
Measurements
 Materials required for the event such as stationery items will not be provided
 Mobile phones are not allowed
 Usage of calculators is permitted
 Global registration is mandatory

Judging Criteria:

 In the first round, each question carries one mark. Hence, maximum marks that can be obtained
by a team are 35
 Top 6 teams will be selected for the final round
 In case of a tie, the tie-breaker question will be identified and the team which gets the correct
answer will be eligible for the final round
 In the final round, teams are judged based on three criteria- time taken by the team, code size
and output clarity
 Depending on the above mentioned, the winner, first runner up and second runner up teams
will be selected

Electricuit It!

About the Event:

Are you the regulator for the fluctuations in circuit related problems? If yes, then come Electricuit It!

Event Details:

 Round 1:
This round is about a crossword puzzle on Electronics. The first 10 teams to solve it within 25
minutes will be selected for the next round
 Round 2:
This round is a paper and pen test where the teams will be given 5 faulty circuits. They have to
rectify the mistakes in the circuit in order to get the relevant output within a span of 15 minutes
 Round 3:
This round consists of circuit designing. The components will be provided to the participants
who must design a circuit for the given problem using only the components provided. The total
time duration is 90 minutes.

 A team can consist of 3 members. 40 teams can participate in the event


 The use of the internet or any kind of reading materials/ textbooks is strictly prohibited
 Only students from the same college can form a team
 An individual cannot be a member of more than one team
 On-spot registrations are allowed
 Materials required for the event will be provided except for the stationery

 Topics to be known are Digital Electronic Circuits (Logic Design), Analog Electronic Circuits and
Linear Integrated Circuits

Judging Criteria:

 The selection of teams for the final round will be based on the team to correct the maximum
number of faulty circuits in round 2
 In the final round, the team with the expected output of the circuit scores maximum points and
will be announced as the winner of the event

About the Event:

Do you have an aptitude for coding? Then 'Code studio' is perfectly suited to test your coding skills.
Consisting of four rounds, put your team of two to the ultimate test.

Event Details:

Round 1: Preliminary Round


 Teams will be given a set of MCQs that they must answer
 Teams scoring the highest will qualify to the next round

Round 2: Blind Coding
 A simple program is given to each team
 Participants must turn the monitor off and code the program
 The teams that execute the program with the least number of syntax errors will proceed
Round 3: Findings Bugs and Flags
 The teams are provided with the program or snapshots of it, which contains bugs or flag
error messages
 Teams must debug the program and obtain the desired output
 The teams with the highest number of questions debugged and outputs obtained will qualify
to the last round
Round 4: Bet On Your Code
 Each team will be provided with certain points, and at a time all the questions will be
displayed to the teams
 Each question will carry different points
 Each team should bid for at least one question with the respective point. The team that

Design is so simple, which is why it's so complicated. Writing is designing with words, and
designing is writing without words. So here we plan, code, and create internet sites and web pages
with graphics, pictures, and animations.

Event Details:

 Round 1: Preliminary Round


o Participants will be tested with a basic understanding of web development
o Quiz based on web development will be used to filter teams by the points secured
o The qualified teams will enter round 2
 Round 2:
In round 2, participants will be asked to replicate a whole web page including images, graphics,
animations, etc. All the contents and images will be provided. The participant’s task is to create
a webpage that replicates the original. Scores will be awarded on the basis of the extent to
which they have replicated the site within the given time. The teams with the highest score will
be qualified for the final round.
 Round 3:
o Final round wherein a whole web page is to be created from scratch making it the longest
round of all
o The websites must be based on the particular topic which is provided on the spot

 Round 1: Involves a written test which will test your knowledge of automobiles (top 15 teams

 Final Round: Involves fixing an already overhauled engine. A video will be shown on how to fix
the already overhauled engine. The participants have to observe carefully and assemble it
according to the instructions. The teams will have to assemble the engine with the smallest
number of errors in the least amount of time

About the Event:

Beckham who?
Remember the robots from Robo Wars? Now they play soccer. Feast your eyes as the bots make swift
tackles, tight turns, and pull out all the stops to outmaneuver each other, all to zero in on the ball. By
the end of this event we are surely going to leave you stunned, so get ready for Robo Soccer.

Event Details:

 In the beginning, a toss will decide the first hold over the ball. The winner of the toss will get
possession of the ball at the center of the arena, whereas the opponent will have to defend the
post.
 The match will consist of two halves
 The duration of one half will depend on the type of match as follows:
o Initial knockout matches: 2 minutes
o Quarter and semi-final: 5 minutes
o Final: 5 minutes
 In case of a draw, extra time of two minutes will be given

Bot Specifications:

 Bots can be wired or wireless


 Wireless bots should have a minimum range of 12 feet
 Wires must be sufficient enough to reach all corners of the arena
 The potential difference between any two electrical points on the robot must not exceed more
than 12 volts throughout the run

Bot dimensions:

 Length <= 30 cm
 Breadth <= 30 cm
 Height <= 30 cm (5% tolerance allowed on length, breadth and height)

Arena Specification:

 Arena Dimensions are 8 feet by 4 feet


 The arena will have walled boundaries
 The ball used in the game will be a tennis ball

Rules and Regulations:

 The soccer bot can only transform to its size at the beginning. It cannot divide later into multiple
parts
 Once the weight of bot is finalized no modifications in the weight will be allowed
 Weight of the bot will be checked before starting each match
 Each team will be given a time span of 2 minutes at the beginning of each half to make any
changes or modifications to the bot (modification in weight is not allowed)
 At the beginning, the bot must touch or hit the ball within 10 seconds. If it fails to do so, the
opponent can move his bot
 If the bot becomes immobile during the match, the team will first be given 60 seconds to fix it
without any loss of points. If the team fails to fix it in 60 seconds, another 60 seconds will be
given at the expense of 1 point. If the team does not repair the bot within this time, then it will
be disqualified
 No stalling of any kind is allowed
 All the bots must have their own power supply
 Bots will be analyzed by the referee before each match. He will select or reject the bots, taking
into consideration the rules and dimension limits
 The match will be paused in case of any entanglement of wires of both the bots
 If the ball is immobile for 10 seconds then the game will be reset and ball will be declared as
common ball
 The ball may not be lifted in the air by the bot
 In case only one team is disqualified, the opponent team wins by default
 The decisions taken by the referees will be final
 In case of any disputes, the decisions of the referees or event managers will be final
 For participation, each team should have their own bot of specified dimensions
 Ready-made kits are not allowed. A team is not permitted to compete with more than one bot
during one match
 Only 2 members of each team may be present at a time in the arena
 If the bot is wired, one member will be the controller of the bot and the other will hold the wire
 The structure of the robot should not change during the competition (E.g. If you have a wedge
at the front, you can’t convert it into a claw or vice versa)
 The coordinators will not be responsible for any kind of electromagnetic interference in the
wireless communication
 One member of the team must be present near the arena or the room provided at any given
time
 Participants must report at 9:00 a.m.
 Teams must be ready before the mentioned time. A warning will be given after every 2 mins of
calling the team, on the third call the team will be disqualified
 The bot should not be disassembled until the results are declared

 If a foul is committed, and a goal occurs before the play is restarted for the foul, the goal is not
counted
 Pulling of the bot with connected wires on arena will lead to disqualification
 All the decisions taken by the organizing team will be deemed as final, and no further changes
will be encouraged. They will hold full authority to change any of the above rules as per the
circumstances

 ROUND 2: Triangular Twist
o Teams will be given a set of words
o The participants will be placed in a triangular fashion with a volunteer in the middle. The
participant facing the volunteer acts out the word to the other two participants. The players
must cyclically switch places after each word.

 ROUND 3: Charadeous Battle

 If any player disconnects during a match, the game will be not be paused and the other team
members have to continue without that player
 The length of game period for league matches will be 8mins, for semi-finals 10mins, and the
final game will be of length 15mins
 Pausing without valid reasons will be penalized

whole team from the tournament

C. Chain Reaction:

 Players may only place their orbs in a blank cell or a cell that contains orbs of their own colour.
As soon as a player loses all his orbs is out of the game
 Once an orb is placed, you can’t undo the action
 2 player game will be played
 Each player will get max 20 seconds to place the orb
 All games are knockout and 6x10 grid will be used

D. DOTA:

 Each team must consist of 5 players


 All the teams must choose a captain. This person will be solely responsible for communication
with the admins/judges during the tournament.
 A player cannot play for more than one team in the tournament
 The software used will be DOTA 2 (Steam), the version being the latest one available at the time
of the tournament
 All games will be played on a locally hosted, offline server
 Game mode will be Captain's Mode (CM) for all matches
 The game will not be re-made for any reason once the first creep wave has spawned or first
blood has been spilled
 A team will be considered to have forfeited a game if, at any time during the game, all 5 players
of the team write GG in global chat
 Each league match will consist of 1 game
 Semi-final matches will be best of 3 games each
 The finals will be a best of 5 games match
 If any player disconnects during a match, the game will be paused until the player has
reconnected
 A maximum 10-minute total pause time in respect for disconnects will be allotted for each team
per match. After that grace period, the game will be resumed regardless of the circumstance
 Pausing without justifiable reasons will be penalized
 In the unlikely event of a server crash, the game will be replayed with the same exact hero picks
and lane movements until the first creep waves of the Radiant and Dire sides meet
 The decision of the admins/judges is final in all matters

Preliminary rounds:
 Knockout round where the winner advances to the next round.

Knockout rounds:
 Winners of first round will contest again each other until they reach next round.
 Half time duration: 5 minutes.
 Players can play with squads of any team strength (Matches will be conducted against
random team strength)
Finals:
 Half time duration: 7 minutes.
 Winner and runner up will be decided.

About the Event:

A golden opportunity awaits all the tremendous bands in Karnataka to win the ultimate showdown -
Battle of the Bands.

Rules and Regulations:

● A maximum of 6 bands will be allowed to participate. The bands will be selected for the
competition based on the videos submitted.
● A band can have a maximum of 8 members on stage with a minimum of 1 drummer, 1 guitarist
and 1 Bassist
● Genres like Rock, Metal, and Fusion are preferred. However, there is no restriction for
languages, or other genres
● Each team is allotted 5 minutes for sound-check and 15 minutes for the performance. Exceeding
the 20-minute time limit will earn negative points
● Judgment criterion is based on musical quality, technical merit, band synchronization, stage
presence, and overall performance
● Bonus marks are awarded for original composition, musical complexity and theme integration
● Organizers hold the right to disqualify any band at their discretion without prior notice
● The decision of the organizers under any circumstances will be final
● Any vulgarity will lead to disqualification
● Results of this event won't be considered for Winner and Runners Trophy of the fest
● The last day to submit entries will be 5th of February, 2020
● Intoxications of any form are not allowed inside the college campus. Participants found with

The event will consist of one-on-one matches between teams. Thereafter, the winning team proceeds to
the next round and losing team will be eliminated from the competition. The process continues until a
single team earns the winner’s title.

Design Criteria:

● Dimensions of the bot: 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm (5% tolerance on each dimension)


● Weight: 5kg (10% tolerance)
● Communication: Wired or wireless (Techniques found to be interfering with the opponent’s
communication will result in disqualification)
● Battery potential: 12 V (Maximum)
● Readymade kits are not permitted
● Attack mechanisms are not allowed (Example- lifting, hitting, etc.)

 The bot will be inspected for safety before the event begins. If found to be unsafe for the
participants/spectators, it will be discarded

 The maximum time limit for the clash of combatants inside the arena is 10 minutes
 A bot will be declared immobile (out) if it cannot exhibit a linear motion of at least one inch

 Teams that are not ready when called for battle will be considered to have declared a walkover
and will receive no points
 The bot cannot be split into two sub-units. Two distinct parts connected by a flexible cable will
be considered separate units
 Damaging the arena will lead to negative points depending on the degree of damage
 A bot should not violate the specified design criteria
 Teams should follow safety rules. Failing to do so will cause direct disqualification
 In all cases, the judges' decision will be final and binding
 Points will be based on PIN, RAM, and TOPPLE. Weightage of points will be informed on the day
of the event
