 Project plan and Responsibility Assignment Matrix
 State the final budget and the constraints, dependencies, time
schedule
Final "go/no go" decision made by the Sponsor.
Create a formal project communication plan. A communication management plan, including: Project Leader & Project
(for medium & high priority/complexity projects)  Regular team meetings schedule Office Specialist
 Internal and external channels of communication, frequency
and types of messages
Identify risks and plan to respond. (for medium A document describing potential risks, including their sources, Project Leader & Project
