 1. Introduction
A Software Requirements Specification (SRS) is a complete set of requirements about the
system on which the developed project will be running. It includes all the hardware as well as
the software requirement. Along with the hardware and software requirement it also includes
the functional and non functional requirements. The aim of this document is to gather and
analyze and give an in-depth insight of the complete software requirement of the boutique
System.
1.1 Objective
The main purpose of developing boutique management System project is to provide the
computerization of the cloths inventory and sales etc. boutique management system that
designed to manage your boutique this is very userfriendly software. With this you can also
generate your clients reports and bills.
1.2 Scope
“Boutique management System” may help in collecting right information of our cloth
inventory In a very short time. the collection should be fast, simple and sensible. It will help
to make customers bills and reports of sell very fast. boutique management system will save
time required to gather the information of our displayed product. The main aim of this project
to reduce the manual work for managing the different information of the inventory by
computerizing various process under one boutique Management system.
2. Abstract
The purpose of boutique management is to automate the existing manual system by the help
of computerized equipment software so that their valuable data/information can be stored for
longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the same. The required software and
hardware are easily available and easy to work with it. The boutique management system as
described above, can lead to error free, reliable and fast management system. Basically the
project describe how to mange for good performance and better services for the clients
3. Requirement Specification
It specifies the hardware requirements like memory restrictions, cache size, the processor,
RAM size etc... Those are required for the software to run.
 3.1 Hardware requirements
Minimum Hardware Requirements:-
 Processor: Intel Pentium III (any singe core with clock frequency of 1.10 GHz)
 Hard disk drive :40 GB
 RAM :500 MB
 Cache: 512 kb
Preferred Hardware Requirements:-
 Processor: Pentium IV or advanced
 Hard disk drive: 80 GB
 RAM: 1 GB

3.2 Software requirement

 Operating System: Windows XP and above, all Linux Operating system
 Dos Emulator is mandatory.
 Compiler required: Turbo C++, GNU Compiler (Code block) and Code Warrior,
Xcode etc.
 Xcode:- it has C++,C, java and swift code environment but is only work on apple pc
but it is nice to use
