ICICI Home Finance Company’s (ICICI HFC’s) real estate consultancy services - ICICI Home Search has
established itself as a leading player in the real estate consultancy service. With presence in over 15 locations pan
India, and network of ICICI HFC at our disposal, we are best suited to provide real estate consultancy related to
sale/ purchase in real estate to our clients.

Please note that ICICI HFC does not charge any fee from the buyer on first sale (direct purchase from builder).
Please refer to “Annexure A” for payment schedule details.

also request you to kindly cooperate with our personnel and provide details of all your ongoing projects and the

Schedule of Fees payable to ICICI HFC

1. Fee: 2% of the decided sale price of the property plus any and all taxes, duties, levies, or other charges, whether
present or future, as maybe applicable (the “fee”).

2. 50% fee shall be payable by vbvcbf to ICICI HFC within 10 days upon the receipt of 10% payment from the buyer
and balance 50% on execution of the sale deed or on handing over of the possession by vbvcbf to the buyer,
whichever is earlier.

It is hereby clarified that the fee shall be payable to ICICI HFC by vbvcbf by virtue that the customer was introduced
to vbvcbf by ICICI HFC, provided such customer closes the deal with vbvcbf, whether or not through IHFC.

3. ICICI HFC reserves the right to settle all outstanding/ overdues of ICICI HFC bills against any payments/
disbursement of loan to be made to vbvcbf by any of its divisions.

4. The fees, paid to ICICI HFC by vbvcbf on successful closure of a transaction, will not be refundable.
