Core barrel selection criteria
Pump-in, or underground style core barrels are available in double tube, triple tube and thin wall. These pump in style wire line core bar-
rels are designed to work in flatter and up-hole applications where gravity does not permit unassisted movement of the inner wire line
components. The Excore premium line of ITH tools provide high performance you can count on when you need to push the inner tube
and overshot assemblies through the drill rod string using the drilling fluid. In addition, our Excore underground style core barrels are
designed with the operators safety in mind, to provide a secure landing and latching that drillers can count on.

EX II safety overshot. The EX II overshot will take the drilling crew safety to a higher level with improved productivity. For today critical

Product Warranty
a) For hydraulic core drilling equipment, twelve (12) months from date of shipment from Atlas Copco’s premises.
b) For drill string or In-The-Hole products handled through the Seller, they are warranted for twelve (12) months from date of
shipment from Atlas Copco’s premises and by starting with 100% of selling price with reductions that take into consideration
described circumstances, and life expectancy under local conditions.
c) All other equipment and accessories, excluding normal wear parts and consumables, three (3) months from date of the
Seller’s invoice.
2. After-Market Components:
For exchange or rebuilt components, the following shall apply:
i) Hydraulic components: thirty (30) days from date of initial use or three (3) months from date of delivery
ii) Electrical components: thirty (30) days from date of initial use or three (3) months from date of delivery.
3. General Warranty:
The Seller warrants products or parts thereof repaired or replaced pursuant to the New Product Warranty clause mentioned above,
against defects in design, workmanship and material for a period of thirty (30) days from date of initial use of such repaired or replaced
product or parts thereof, or the expiration of the original product warranty, whichever is longer. Assemblies and components are included
within this warranty, but will not be considered defective as units, and replacement will be limited to the individual part proven defective.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear parts such as hoses, fittings and seals.
This warranty does not extend to products not manufactured by the Seller or its affiliates. This warranty is conditional upon such that the
product is used for the purpose for which it was designed and being subject to, normal commissioning, operation, maintenance. Also
the Seller must receive written notice of a warranty claim within fifteen (15) days of discovery of an alleged defect.
All warranties shall be considered null and void if unauthorized parts are used or unauthorized repairs or modifications are made to the
warranted products. Effects of corrosion, erosion and normal wear and tear are specifically excluded from this warranty. Except as oth-
erwise provided in the Conditions of Sale attached to the Supply Agreement as Annex 2 the “Conditions of Sale” SHALL THE SELLER
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, COST, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT OR
LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OF WHATSOEVER KIND OR
NATURE. In all cases, other than those covered by the Conditions of Sale, liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARISING IN
LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICU-
LAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST LATENT DEFECTS. This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario
