SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, Spouses ALDRIN A. ADA and SHARIFFA BUSHRA SADJAIL-ADA, both
of legal age, Filipinos, residents and postal address at Fernandez Street, Sta. Barbara,
Zamboanga City, Philippines, do

hereby NAME, APPONT AND CONSTITUTE: RAHMATIYA ADA, likewise of

legal age, single/married, Filipino and presently residing at Fernandez Street, Sta. Barbara,
Zamboanga City, Philippines, as our true and lawful attorney in fact, for us and in our name,
place and stead for our use and benefit, to do any or all of the following acts and things to wit:

1. To negotiate, agree on the purchase price, buy and purchase a parcel of land more
particularly described to wit:

A parcel of land Lot 790-A-2 of the Subdivision Plan, Psd-09-019729,

being a portion of Lot 790-A, Psd-09-016733, situated in the Barangay of
San Roque, City of Zamboanga, containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED
EIGHTY EIGHT (488) Square Meters, more or less, embraced by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-110,896 of the Register of Deeds of
Zamboanga City,

2. To execute and sign the contract of sale or deed of sale and/or conveyance of
the above property and other pertinent documents;

3. To pay taxes and fees relative to the Transfer of ownership on the property in
our name; and

4. To work on facilitate and follow-up the Transfer of ownership over the said
property in our name before the proper government agencies and to demand,
claim and receive the owners duplicate copy of title and tax declaration of the
property in our name covering the aforesaid property from the Register of
Deeds.

Whereby giving and granting unto said Attorney-In-Fact, Full power and
authority to perform each and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or
necessary to be done in and about premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as
I might or could do if personally present and acting, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that our saud Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done and virtue or these presents.
