Republic Act No. 10915
- RA 10915 specify its coverage as indicated in Art. I,
Sec. 3.
- Requires members of the board to be a member in a
good standing of the AIPO for at least five (5) years as
indicated in Art. II, Sec. 7.
-In RA 109159, Art.II, Sec. 8, requires two (2) members
for three (3) years with holding of office:
a. Chairperson- 3 years
b. 1st member- 2 years
c. 2nd member- 1 year
-As indicated in Art. II, Sec. 10, RA 10915 has five (5)
grounds. Additional grounds were:
1. Involvement in manipulation, tampering or rigging of
the licensure examination, its questions and/or its
results, and in the disclosure of classified and confidential
information pertaining to the licensure examination.
2. Unprofessional, unethical, immoral or dishonorable
conduct.
- as indicated in Art. III, Sec. 15, an application for
examination must have good moral character

Penalties
-As indicated in Art. V, Sec. 32, any person who
violates any of the provisions of this Act shall, upon
conviction, be penalized by a fine not less than Fifty
thousand pesos (P50,000.00) nor more than Two
hundred thousand pesos (P200,000.00), or
imprisonment of not less than six (6) months nor
more than three (3) years, or both fine and
imprisonment at the discretion of the court.

associations and foundations may engage in the practice
of agricultural and biosystems engineering in the
Philippines by complying the requirements as indicated in
Art. III, Sec. 29.

any of the provisions of this Act shall, upon conviction,
be penalized by a fine not less than One hundred
thousand pesos (P100,000.00) nor more than Five
hundred thousand pesos (P500,000.00), or
imprisonment of not less than six (6) months nor
more than five (5) years, or both fine and
imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
