Design and test your work with real learners
and educators, observe behaviour and
gather evidence. Work with subject experts
and existing research. Distinguish between
a fact and an assumption, and don’t assume
you innately understand the needs
of your customers.

Reduce cognitive load to create learning
Flow through simple design. By removing
unnecessary clicks, redundant information,
