Job description:
Handling Tefal, Moulinex, KRUPS and Rowenta brands. Assigned in different outlets
such as all branches of Carrefour from Dubai to Ajman, Dubai Mall, Spinneys Mercato,
Hyperpanda, Sharaf DG, E-max, Debenhams, Geant Ibn Batuta Mall, Lulu
Hypermarket and Ansar Mall and responsible for delivering an outstanding customer
service to all customers and using appropriate sales techniques and product
knowledge to reach the sales targets in addition to stock replenishment, handling
new launches, promotion of products and visual merchandising.
Main Responsibilities
• Sales Focus
Achieve the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using
advanced sales techniques
Focus on selling and up selling
Demonstrate a solid knowledge of brands and products
Monitor sales activities and generate a daily , weekly and monthly
sales report
• Customer Focus
Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong
loyalty and trust
Address customers queries regarding the products, availability,
usages and services
Creates goodwill for the products by preparing displays and
demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and ranges
Handle new launching products, promotions and visual
merchandising
Advise customers on product ranges which is best and more suitable
for them
Communicate with customers assess their needs, provide assistance
in satisfying their needs and meeting or surpassing the customers
satisfaction and expectations
Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with store and
customers
• Responsible for all incoming calls inquiries and admitting clients for
consultation.
• Filing and up keeping of client and company records.
• Responsible in preparing documents for the suppliers especially outside the
country.
• Responsible in receiving and invoicing the delivery products.
• Knowledge in Personal Care brands such as Revlon, Max Factor, Wella,
L'oreal
• Prepare the staff roster including Manager Appointments.
• Handling monetary aspects such as sales and credit administration.
Job Description:
• Responsible for all the documentary aspects ask by the CEO to prepare for
submission.
• Handling and preparing the letters | documents needs to answer from the
clients especially for follow ups.
• Take down notes and minutes of meeting of the CEO
• Arrange daily schedule of the CEO for the following meetings
