Summary
As a career-long technologist, specializing in platform, big data, and analytic initiatives, delivering
value-based selling strategies and helping our partners be successful, this stage of my career
is uniquely challenging and gratifying. It demands a proven leader focused on successful GTM
strategy design and execution. It requires alignment of globally diverse teams and development of
regional execution models to support and achieve specified goals and revenue targets.

Developing global partner sales and training programs, launching new solutions, and delivering the

Experience
Business Development for Platform, Analytics, Big Data & Data Management Solutions at SAP
January 2011  -  Present  (5 years 6 months)
Transitioned to Global Channels & General Business organization in July 2015 as the Database
and Data Management (DDM) portfolio lead for indirect channel business GTM and regional
execution strategies. Working closely with GTM, marketing, and DDM and HANA product leads
to devise strategies across various partner channels to accelerate portfolio growth. Collaborating
with the regional channel leads and select partners on solution incubation, GTM execution, sales
play development, enablement and ultimately pipeline and revenue target achievement.

Prior to July 2015 focus was on business development and GTM planning and execution with
SAP's global strategic service partners and technology partners who are focused on SAP HANA
Platform, Analytics, Big Data and Cloud solutions. Collaborating with partners to develop industry
solutions and offers to expedite GTM aligned to SAP's growth strategy and increase sales.
Responsible for incubating, regionally operationalizing and scaling programs across a global,
diverse community to drive incremental pipeline and revenue.
