37 IESL website does not update about CPDs. I am constantly checking the website to attend some CPDs but 6/25/2013 9:33 PM
IESL rarely of f ers CPD programms. I hav e been asking when they start the A/C CPD program, but no
positiv e answer and no updates on the IESL website as well. Furthermore, I want to attend more CPD
program related to Electrical Engineering and af ter Electrical Installations, IESL hav e not of f ered any other
y et. And Electrical Installations was also only of f ered in the beginning of the y ear which I missed and hav e
been waiting f or the next Electrical Installations CPD which hasn't been of f ered y et. So I like to suggest to
add more CPD programs technical as well as f or management, and keep updating the website f requently
and of f ering the same CPD program more than once per y ear.

matter how its deliv ered, quality world class content and lecturers are selected a d paid. Don't go cheap. If
expensiv e increase intake v ia online tools etc a d reduce per head cost. Learn f rom CIMA, SLIM etc. they
are not cheap, they pull hundreds of people including our own members! Bring glamour and marketing. Get
sponsors f or big ev ents. Also use f oreign public online cousrses f rom major univ ersities in the world and
giv e access to them. Find members to deliv er content. But f irst f ind out what hey hav e done with their
knowledge. Just teaching will not do, we must bring leaders who hav e practiced what they know.doing is not
as easy as say ing. Create a lecture series by inv iting leading CEOs. Create a CEO f orum at IESL once a
