a) Product Architect for PAN BSCS Billing & IOT for approximately 335 Telephony Mobile
operators & service providers in ~150 countries.
b) CORE DAT member for BSCS in ERICSSON (DEEP Learning Group). Developed POC for
Rateplan determination using ML algorithms.
e) Immense knowledge in charging & billing systems. Have expert knowledge in financial integrations
with Billing Systems.
h) Performed feasibility study of Product customizations for different network & mobile operators
i) Designed & Developed Product Customizations for different customers like AVEA(Turk Telecom),
STARHUB, T-Mobile(USA) etc.
j) Travelled Sao Paulo to solve critical issue in billing module for customer Tim Brazil.
k) Travelled to Frankfurt, Sarajevo (Serbia) , Croatia for resolution of Telenor Serbia and VIPNET

2. Senior R&D Engineer @ GENESYS (C++, Cloud Ute, Visual Studio, T-lib )
Period: 04/11/2011 To: 11/10/2014.
p) I’m part of the SIP-S (Session Initiation Protocol – Server) Team for the No1 Contact Centre product
(GENESYS).
q) The product was developed for both single threaded mode and multithreaded model (Linux and
Windows) keeping in mind the number of call requirements.
r) Developed the platform NGTT for Solution level testing of product SIP-Server. Developed
automation platform for solution testing.
s) I have developed Call-Recording and Call-Party-Number, High Availability, Load Balancing Features
in SIP-Server
t) Have working knowledge of SIP-Server and have fixed critical Engineering Requests (ER) and
identified critical bottlenecks in SIP-Server related to memory leaks and memory heap corruption.
u) Developed a new product (Genesys Real-time Analytics Tool) GREAT which works on the natural
speech recognition for dealing with different customer use-cases. (This was completely done using
Design pattern with C++ Programming. Implemented Scrum methodology successfully.)
v) Developed the automation test suite for Genesys Device Management (provisioning server) for
different end points like PolyCom, Yealink, and Audio Codes etc.
w) Visited Daly City, California (USA) to present this demo in Engineering Day 2013, It was voted to be
the most innovative idea by Slava Zhakov (CTO Genesys).
x) Have experience of assigning tasks to subordinate engineers, guiding and successfully delivering
bug free products.
c) Individually, I took care of resolving incidents related to VITRIA and Automated Process
Management (APM) and BPEL workflow and CCCIS production support issues.
d) I had developed solutions which had resulted in turnaround time of resolutions and issues
regardless of their priority.
e) Some of the notable achievements include client appreciations for increasing the throughput of
resolved incidents and thereby adding dollar value to Cognizant.
