Fourth Sunday of Advent

The WORD and the VOICE
Greening of the Church
Advent and Christmas seasons center on Jesus Christ,

is Voice that cries out in the wilderness, “Prepare the

Youth News
YOUTH GROUP SERVICE PROJECT: The St.
Columba Youth Group is involved in an ongoing service
project that helps men, women and children entering
shelters. Gift packs are given to Catholic Charities for
distribution to the shelters. If you would like to donate
an item to these gift packs, please see the list of items
in the Ministry Center. Contact Robin (858-277-3861)
for questions.
CONFIRMATION CLASSES: Confirmation classes for
Catholic high school students in 10th grade or higher
who wish to begin preparation to receive the
Sacrament of Confirmation need to register now for
their classes. Classes begin Tuesday, January 4th, in
the Ministry Center, 6:45-8:00 pm.
