1-Certified NDT Personnel’s

2-cleaning of weld joint with Power brush
3-Applying Cleaner (MSDS)
4-Applying Penetrant ( MSDS)
5-Spraying (Metallic Spray ) in b/w legs of hand yoke.
6-Demobilization

Now undertake the JSA and record in the table below. Use prompts on JSA Prompt Sheet and Hazard Checklist PA-HSEC-02-040-002-F03.
Part 3: Contingency Plans. Standard PPE, S: First aid kit must be present at the area and the HSE personnel is the first response in case of
emergency, Ambulance to be positioned near work area at all times

Part 4: Review. After the job has been completed, JSA leader should note: any hazards, which were identified in the original JSA? Any practices
that need to be captured in the OMS? List action items, changes, and transfer any changes to the Change Management system.

Working without permit Ensure that operations CWP shall be obtained from
BHPB.
2 Proper cleaning of weld joint (Power Pinch point Ensure to wear proper PPE while cleaning the weld

Hand Injury Ensure that all the protruding welds / Sharp edges
shall be removed and wear proper PPE specially
gloves.

Improper inhalation while working in close Ensure that while applying contrast paint don’t stay

Ensure to wear mask while applying contrast paint.
At work don’t eat, drink and smoke while

Skin Irritation Ensure that clean water is placed near by. Incase of
contact with skin wash off with water.
Eye irritation Incase of contact with eyes rinse thoroughly with
plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Temperature Danger for bursting of aerosols when heated for
more than 50C
Fire Ensure that fire extinguisher shall be placed at the
time of activity.
Improper ventilation If ventilation is insufficient wear respiratory
protection equipment.
Ensure that first aid kit shall be available at work
front.
