3 Manual Concrete Pouring

Hand / Eye Injury Ensure that during the concrete pouring workers will
use gloves and safety goggles.
Improper Access A Proper access shall be made for reaching and
performing job of concrete pouring.
Heat Exertion Ensure that sufficient amount of water and shelter is
available for the workers.
Slips & Trips Ensure that Area is kept clean and tidy and all
material to be used shall be properly managed to
avoid slip & trip falls.
Un Experienced Persons Ensure that only experienced persons will perform
the job of Concrete Pouring.
Un Inspected / Improper Wheel Borrow Ensure that wheel borrow to be used shall be in good
working condition
Starting Concrete Pouring not using Rubber If a worker has to perform concrete pouring job while
Shoes standing in the wet concrete they will use rubber
shoes.
Improper tools Usage Ensure that proper and Inspected tools must be used
for the concrete pouring job.
Dust Ensure that workers shall wear dust masks in case of
dust.
Back Injury Ensure that workers shall be properly demonstrated
about the proper posture.
