Prim Automation provides integrated design of automated

Preliminary and Detailed Engineering

For some projects, it is advantageous to start with a preliminary engineering phase to
fully determine the project scope and feasibility. Specifically, Prim Automation can help
clients determine what will be included in the project goals, what will be excluded, and
whether the project should be launched or not. Thus, for a fraction of the project’s
overall cost, we provide a comprehensive document outlining the project parameters
that can be used, for instance, to obtain the budget required for implementation and to
accurately assess the risk related with carrying out a specific project. The project can
therefore be redefined, postponed or cancelled if the findings of the preliminary
engineering phase are not acceptable, thus avoiding unnecessary expenses.

Detailed engineering includes the production of all required documents for installation,
calibration and start-up of control equipment, as well as staff training.

deliverables while allowing clients to remain in control of the scope and budget of the

Our Achievement and proposals

Flow control and Totalizer

We are new in the Cameroon market, our first project has been with (complex industriel
du Littoral) (SANET), Page A, with schematic shows the flow control and totalizer we
did for sanet. The system involved control of flow in to the saponification plan, that is
the logic we created using PLC, flow-meters, HMI and electric motors permitted the
operator of the saponification plan consume a known amount of product, for example if
he/she needs 1000 liters of Soda or palm oil he/she will input the command on the HMI
and the logic we design will ensure that only 1000liters is delivered to the reactor, and
by the end of the day the operator knows what he/she has consumed to produce soap.
The advantage with this system is waste of product is avoided, poor mixture due to lack
of appropriate measuring tool is also avoided, once you have this system in place the
quality of your product is assured. It also helps to increase production since they will be
less repeated work.

Tank surveillance system

Our tank surveillance system enables you to know the quantity of product you have in
your tank, with the set-up of this system your personal computer is installed inside your
office to monitor your entire tank. The schematic for tank surveillance system is
indicated as Page B.

Direct Online motor starter (DOL)

Noted as page C, is a schematic diagram for direct online motor control system, the
diagrams we design are simplified and more easy to interpret, our diagrams makes
troubleshooting easy for craft electricians

Online monitoring circuit breakers

We also design circuit breakers for sensitive applications, we use PLC logic, CT/VT and
Contactors to create the circuit, this system is accurate to monitor sensitive
applications.

 About the Founder of Prim Automation
The Founder of Prim Automation, Nyame Ephraim is a
Credible engineer who knows the art required to judge
the necessities to adapt knowledge to practical
purpose, the imagination to conceive original solutions
to problem, & the ability to predict performance and
cost new devices or process. He has the ability to seek new principles & process
by employing mathematical & scientific concepts, experimental techniques, &
inductive reasoning, he has the ability to specify materials & determine technical
specification, he understands responsibilities & bring quick solution to problems.
Ephraim started his career in 2011 with COMATRANS S.A Douala (Achouka), as an
electrician onboard the ship, in 2012 he was promoted as electrical officer, he was
noted for his ability to handle very challenging responsibilities & this gave him
credits to solicit for other ships around Gulf of Guinea, further he Joined Dry-docks
Dubai, UAE in 2015 where he worked as project electrician for many new building
& Maintenance projects on Ships, & Rigs, he was noted in dry-docks for his ability
to troubleshoot electrical machines & Controls, in his department he was
unbeatable in that area, he also did commissioning in new building & maintenance
projects, he featured in major repair and new building projects, examples are;
Swift 1 the America sea craft that was bombed in Yemen, the building of German
Oil platform BorWin Gamma platform, the upgrading of Dubai Shadow a royal
Yacht, & he also perform Maintenance & repairs on My Dubai the biggest private
Yacht in the world, in 2017 Ephraim was among the technical team that went to the
Dubai Royal Palace to repair the failure of the King’s customize automated car, in
addition he also worked as a contract Engineer with 54 east manufacturing in
Dubai, he designed their electrical installations, Commissioned their machines &
Controls, he equally performed all their programming for PLCs & HMI. Ephraim
Returned to Cameroon in 2018, the same year he picked up a new
Challenge with (SANET) a Chemical Factory, the Automated System of their
Saponification plant failed & was pending for over 2 years, thanks to Ephraim
A new automated system was designed. (That is just a brief autobiography of his
Technical background), Ephraim is a seasoned professional with a variety of
qualifications, he has four Different qualifications that qualifies him as a system
integrator which are; (Electrical, Electronic, Automation, & Instrumentation)
he is also skilled in Project Management. Most of the top engineers around the
world in his area of practice are his friends, he is known by world class engineering
Manufacturing companies, with all this he is the solution to your problems.
