development and consulting firm. We provide consulting and
software development services to various industries utilizing our core
strength in JAVA/SAP-based technologies. We partner with an array

WHAT WE DO
We help organizations using SAP ERP solutions manage their chargebacks efficiently. We enable
this realization through

CONSULTING: Consulting clients on managing chargebacks through better design,


synchronization, and management of their chargeback agreements. These are typically medium to
short term engagements where we advise and support clients on the implementation of our
solutions.
IMPLEMENTATION: Longer-term engagements where we drive the execution of our product
initiatives and actions. Once strategy is designed the execution begins, these engagements
typically involve outsourcing a team or a technical consultant to oversee and execute a few
chargeback cycles.

CAPABILITY BUILDING: Up-skilling the workforce to build strategic competencies which will allow
for better execution in the organization. This involves training and developing staff in various areas
such as strategy execution, performance management, innovation, etc. Our training programs can
be either in-house or for the public and are run by our capabilityarm.

CONSULTING
Our consulting practice focuses on helping our clients solve their most critical and significant
challenges in managing chargebacks. Consulting places emphasis on guiding our clients in the right
direction and providing the plans, frameworks, and tools needed to execute the right solutions for
their business. We provide reflective solutions which are implementable and promote sustainable
results. As we are in the business of execution, the consulting that is provided is always done
through the lens of execution. This leads to very detailed analysis and solutions which can be easily
handed over to our clients for implementation.

IMPLEMENTATION
Our implementation practice involves longer term engagements where full time resources are
staffed to overlook, support, and implement the proposed solutions designed in our consulting
work. When clients don't have the capabilities, manpower, and/or internal resources to implement
consulting solutions, we take over and execute flawlessly and ensure internal staff are capable of
taking over after project completion.Engrained in all our projects is a change management stream
which revolves on focusing, anticipating and mitigating barriers and risks related to the change that
is aspired to be made.

CAPABILITY BUILDING
To reap the full benefits of implementing new solutions, it is important that individuals of the
organization have the right competencies in place to use the solutions provided to ensure the

We are leaders in providing SAP ERP Customers, technology-based solutions
tailored to fit their specific requirements considering the complex nature of
the technical landscape that many of these businesses have. We have
leveraged our experience providing custom solutions to many customers
over the years to create our own product called “ClearCharge”. Clear Charge
is a cloud-based product that will greatly simplify managing chargebacks by
calculate, accrue and settle the charge backs in an efficient way. As we
continue to add new product features and fine-tune the product, the
company will be investing upwards of $450,000 to make the software ready
for market. The full-fledged solution, when launched, is expected to
revolutionize price and chargeback managed for SAP ERP customers.
