There should be a proper distance between the intake and outlet. To make
the two as invisible as possible (to cover it with rocks, plants, …).
Priority: due to the fact that location is close to the WWT plant, urgent action TB 13/03/2020
required.
1.1.1.2 Boka Gradnja to excavate. To find a cavity in the rock, so as less drilling done Info
as possible.
1.2 Phase 5
1.2.2 Enforma will issue design for remaining trades on March 9th.
Since Enforma urgently needs to start working on the Phase 6, agreed that SR 09/03/2020
for now working drawings for Phase 5 issued.
1.3 Phase 6
Enforma to re-check the plan and respond on the RFI 2277 which is related SR/KN 12/03/2020
to the aforementioned issue.
1.3.1.2 To clean the line which should be used as the overflow from the water
reservoir. TB 09/03/2020
1.3.1.4 Connection detail of the box and rain water outlet (“barbakana”) to be KN/SR 20/03/2020
developed further.
Enforma confirmed that they would start working on it on March 2nd, and
finish it after 10 days. Design will be issued successively. SR 13/02/2020
1.3.2.1 Client informed the team that MCM & Top Spa would be issuing final design Info
on March 10th.
1.4 Phases 7.1 - 7.4
1.4.1 Services design for Phase 7.4 missing. Client to check with designers.

Besix sent an RFI 1004 related to the aforementioned.
1.5 General
CAU is at the moment reviewing the design. Once the concept approved
Enforma will issue a complete set of drawings.
Besix (Milena) to prepare what she has so client can check the cost. VN 11/03/2020
Besix noted that according to the procurement plan a steel structure for
Phase 4 should be on site in less than two months.

1.5.3 Enforma to prepare a schedule with dates when design for all phases would
be delivered. Prior to issuing this info to client dates to be coordinated with SR 13/03/2020
Enforma’s subconsultants.
1.5.4 MCM confirmed that existing design for bar and restaurant in Phases 2 & 3
still valid. Info
2. Construction works
2.1.3 Excavation works below the future tunnel in Phase 5 nearly finished. Info
2.1.4 To start working on the Method Statement for excavation of tunnel. Besix to
coordinate. TB 13/03/2020
2.1.5 Back filling for the water treatment plant is done. Currently waiting for the
geodetic survey. TB 13/03/2020
West is cleaned, but north part is critical. A fork lift to be used for cleaning Info
of rubble as well.
2.2.1 Mobilization of material is underway. Due to the issues with ferry, start of the
works in delay. Info
2.3 Koto
2.3.2 Plaster on roof removed up to the point where possible to be reached by Info
hand. Rest will be removed after the scaffolding installed.
2.3.3 Small brick structure on the top of one of the two canopies almost removed. Info
2.3.4 Cleaning of the exterior face of the courtyard wall is ongoing. Info
2.3.5 Koto to remove plaster from the sandstone ceiling in one of the rooms on GF
in tower so we can examine its condition and agree on way forward. TB 13/03/2020
2.3.6 Status of the light house - to be kept as it is, for now. Info
2.5.1 Shotcreting will start once the sand delivered to the island. TB 04/03/2020
3. Miscellaneous
Besix to start issuing reports in regards to the damaged elements together BA/TB 13/02/2020
with the cost estimate for the production of the new elements.
1. To buy out the unit from the contractor (company Ening form Niksic)
even thou it couldn’t be used on this particular project or
2. To return the unit to the supplier, and pay the rent to for the period from VN
the time unit had been installed until now.

3.4 Document “Action List” prepared by Besix should be updated on weekly Info
basis.
