Variable property Retain (on BME•586040) allows to save up to 4MB variables upon power cycle
property Exchanged on HSBY allows user to select which variable exchanged between Primary and
Standby, to better optimize the cycle time.

LL984 language & Quantum Function Blocks
LL984 langage is now supported on M580, in addition to Quantum and M340
(on High End 584040, 585040, 586040,
and Hot-Standby H584040, H586040)

Most relevant Quantum EFBs are available on M580 : I/O EFBs, MBP_MSTR, LL984 EFBs, …, thus allowing
easy export/import sections from Quantum to M850

Support Quantum EIO drops on M580
Quantum Ethernet IO drops are now supported
under Modicon M580.

For compatibility with Quantum application, and

easier program upgrade, State RAM data
model is supported on Quantum EIO drops.
