MOTIVATION
January 2020, I move to Australia, this is the moment to
challenge myself professionally to my passion.
Passionate by gastronomy, I decided 6 years ago to
change my professional orientation to butcher
I started my carrier for 2 years within a traditional butchery
QUALFIED offering a range of traditional 100% homemade products.
Subsequently I focussed 1 year on replacing butchers in
BUTCHER several warehouse butcheries in order to extend my
knowledge of preparations for retail (self-service, prepared
meals).
For 2 years I operated as 2nd Butcher to address stock
PERSONNAL management, order management, margins and turnover
