Your school recently organised a cleanliness programme in conjunction with ‘My Beautiful Malaysia’
programme, launched by the Ministry of Education. As the head prefect of your school, write a
report to the principal regarding the campaign at your own school. Use the following notes to write
your report.

- provide a title
- include your name
- use all the notes given
- provide two suggestions to improve the programme.

Section B : Continuous Writing

[50 marks]
[Time suggested: One hour]

Write a composition of about 350 words on one of the following topics.

1 Describe what makes you angry and explain why.

2 Blogging can help students improve their writing proficiency. How far do you agree?

3 Why is it important to listen to your teacher?

4 Write a story about someone you know who have failed many times but never gave
up until he became successful. Begin your story with:
“Everyone thought he was going to fail again. After all, he has always failed ...”

5 “Rome was not built in a day.”

Describe an experience when this was true for you.
