Project Title: GENERIC IMPLEMENTATION OF K-MEANS CLUSTERING ALGORITHM ON BUSINESS MODELS

Description: The K-means clustering is a fast and robust algorithm that gives reliable results when data sets are
distinct or well separated from each other in a linear fashion. It is trained on a test data set and able to
classify a new data set using a prime , k which is the number of clusters defined apriori. This clustering
algorithm separates data into the best suited group based on the information the algorithm already
has. Data is separated in k different clusters, which are usually chosen to be far enough apart from each
other spatially, based on a metric, to be able to produce effective data mining results. Each cluster has a
center, called the centroid, and a data point is clustered into a certain cluster based on how close the
features are to the centroid. K-means algorithm iteratively minimizes the distances between every data
point and its centroid in order to find the most optimal solution for all the data points.

Description: In this course I got a rigorous hands on training on Oracle Database 11g. It focuses on providing the
skills and knowledge required to install, operate, configure Oracle Database. It starts with basic real
 time tasks performed by database administrators. We were required to perform basic SQL operations
on data and afterwards learnt user management and basics of oracle net configuration.

Course Title: PYTHON FOUNDATION PROGRAM
Description: In this course, we coded simple algorithms , learnt Object Oriented programming using Python and
how to connect it with databases (Oracle and MySQL). Further a module on data structures was
incorporated to implement these discrete structures in python. At last we have been assigned to
prepare a small ERP system for students in a university using OOP.
