ACJ Builders Incorporated was a construction company which was established on August 3,
2018, located at Km. 12, McArthur Highway, Matina, Davao City. It is formed by the three
brilliants minds who created this one-of-the-kind construction firm with upgraded features.
Those are Carl Patrick Baquilid, the President of the Company, John Alex Gubantes, the Vice-
President of the Company, and Hector John Capito, the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
ACJ Builders offers world-class construction services and passed to the building standard to
ensure that every building and every road we built are safe from any common hazards. Like
we've said on our motto: "Serving towards Success since 2018."

VISION
For the next 20 years, the ACJ Builders Incorporated will be recognized globally as one of
the pioneer construction firms for providing world-class services that ensures safety but high in
quality.

MISSION
This one-of-a-kind modern construction company, with modern features will provide a
world-class service that passed the standards of DPWH and the Building Code of the
Philippines.

1.) ACJ will ensure that every people have a safe households to live in.

2.) ACJ will ensure that every people who will use the buildings we made are protected from
any accidents and natural calamities.

3.) We will ensure that every details and specifications that ACJ made was double-checked and
well-examined so that, every projects that ACJ made are free from any manmade or natural

 THE HISTORY OF ACJ BUILDERS INC.

The hotel was created by the three brilliant people who were met at a Construction
Methodology and Management class last August 2015. Capito, Baquilid, and Gubantes met
together and become closest friends. One day, the Professor from their Cons. Meth. class asked
to make a proposal for their examination. And the three brilliant people were in a group. As the
days go by, the three got inspired on what they're doing on their proposal, Gubantes asked to
their friends, "What if we build our construction company? Imagine ourselves that we are the
one who was approving plans and documents. That would be cool and we can earn money from
it.” Capito and Baquilid agreed to his idea, even he asked to his friend, Megan Muta about his
idea and asked "Come and join to our success!". She agreed.

After they graduated from Civil Engineering last March 2016, the three parted ways as they
will plan to work on their construction firms. One of which is Gubantes, who was working at
ConsMet builders as an AutoCAD Draftsman. After a year, Gubantes planned to back out and
ask their boss, Ms. Sue Wang, for a polite resignation due to his reason of his plan of creating a
construction firm. He asks his boss to invite to his company when it succeeds. He called Capito
and Baquilid to join his plan to create ACJ Builders Inc. After months of preparation, ACJ
Builders was created. The company starts with a 2-storey residential project located at Bago
Oshiro, Talomo Dist., Davao City. With the help of Engr. Joselito A. Lacuarin, the first ACJ Project
was a success last May 15, 2019. Then today, ACJ was recognized as one of the trending
construction firms in Davao City due to that 2-storey building they did that has a electronic-
powered gate and voice-recognition security which became viral online and got 200,000 views.
And now, with the help of Muta and Billy Joe, ACJ will be leading to their biggest they've
handled so far - the Four-Storey Hotel Project.
 TWO-STOREY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING at Bago Oshiro, Davao City
Completed last May 15, 2019

The ACJ Builders Inc. started their first project as a new construction firm with a Two-
Storey Residential Building last October 5, 2018. This residential building owned by Mr. Patrick
Jay Daluyo.

This 850 m2 residential lot located at Bago Oshiro, Talomo, Davao City. This project was
led by Henry Capito, Construction Manager of ACJ Builders. Inc. with Engr. Joselito A. Lacuarin,
as this project’s contractor.

This ACJ’s first project has a 10 m2 garage, a living room, kitchen, and four (4) bedrooms
on the second floor. This has also an electronically-powered gate with motion sensors so that,
the driver won’t need to go out of the car and open it. This has also a voice-recognition system
on the door part that is heard through the entire household.

The exterior of the building is coated with Light-brown paint finish, and the tiles were
made from Chinese ceramic tiles.

This project was once trending online due to that gate and the voice-recognition system.

This project was spent at the total amount of approximately 30-million pesos.

The second project of ACJ was this Four-Storey Hotel Building which will be turnover to
Sia Hotels. This building will be located at Purok 2, Sandawa, Davao City, which will be started
its construction on January 6, 2020. This project will be lead with the company itself with Henry
Capito as its Construction Manager, Megan Muta as the Safety Engineer, and Billy Joe as Project
Supervisor. This project also accompanied Engr. Lee Soo as the Contractor of this building.

The hotel is a four-storey building in which consists of rooms, a mini-mall, and a function
hall. The ground floor of the hotel consists of a bank office, two restaurants which located at
the eastern part of the area, a bookstore, a department store, a mini grocery store, a generator
room located at the northeastern part of the area, and a HVAC room located at the
southwestern part of the area. The flooring of the ground floor building is consisting of
Unglazed Ceramic Tiles, excluding to the Generator Room and the HVAC room.

The second floor of the building consists of twenty-four (24) individual rooms and an
open area of the southern part of the building. Each room has its own bathroom and small
living area. The flooring is made of marble tiles.

The third floor of the building consists of twenty-nine (29) individual rooms, in which
each one has its own bathroom and a small living room. The flooring is made of ceramic tiles.

Lastly, the fourth floor of the building is consisting of four (4) function halls, which one
of them is present in every main directions of the building. The flooring is made of ceramic tiles.
The furniture of the Function Hall was made by the World-class furniture designer, Juan Pena
Plata from Spain.

This project will be a Multi-Million Project with 116 million pesos as its total expenses.
