DG (Deep Cycle GEL , 12 Volts ) series is pure GEL battery with 12 years
floating design life , it is ideal for standby or frequent cyclic discharge
applications under extreme environments. By using strong grids, high
purity lead and patented Gel electrolyte, the DG series offers excellent
recovery after deep discharge under frequent cyclic discharge use, and
can deliver 400 cycles at 100% DOD. Suitable for solar, CATV, marine , RV
Specification and deep discharge UPS, communication , and telecommunication , etc.

Warranty Letter

Shenzhen RITAR POWER CO., Ltd.(“Manufacturer”)warrants each Ritar-manufactured battery

sold by Manufacturer to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a the periods as
defined below from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the original receipt (the “Warranty
Period”). Within the Warranty period, subject to the exclusions listed below, Manufacturer will
replace the Battery free of charge if replacement is necessary due to defects in material or
workmanship. This Limited Warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the Battery, and is
not transferable to any other person or entity.

MISUSE or DEVIATED TECHNICAL MANUAL USE NOT COVERED THIS WARRANTY,

Manufacturer has no obligation under this Limited Warranty with respect to any defects in or
damage to the Battery arising from any abuse or mishandling of the Battery any one of more of
the following:
* Neglect, such as improper fluid levels (under or over watering), damage from shipping, loose
wiring, or rusted or corroded hardware;
* Misapplied or improperly sized Battery for the application;
* Batteries exposed to excessive heat or cold temperatures;
* Batteries that have had the manufacturing date codes destroyed or tampered with;
*Breakage, freezing, explosion, fire, wreckage, overcharging, undercharging, over-discharging,
charging or installing in reverse polarity, improper maintenance, improper storage, or addition
of any chemical or solution other than approved water, or failure to improperly install the
Battery.

During the warranty period, Shenzhen Ritar Power Co. Ltd is responsible to repair the battery
or send new replacements with next new order shipment together for manufacturing claim
mention above only.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:

To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, please submit a completed “Battery Test sheet”

to Manufacturer. Batteries will be eligible for warranty only after verification of the Battery Test
Sheet by Manufacturer Tech Support determines that a manufacturing defect exists.
Manufacturer may request Batteries claimed for warranty be returned to Manufacturer for
inspection from time to time and, if it is determined that any such Batteries do not have a
Defect, the warranty claim for such Batteries will be denied.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

This limited warranty is in lieu of, and manufacturer disclaims and excludes, all other
warranties, whether statutory, express or implied warranties, including, without limitation, any
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the warranty period.

Manufacturer’s exclusive liability for breach of any warranty on the battery shall be to replace
the battery within the warranty period in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty .In
no event shall manufacturer be liable for any loss or damages of any other kind. Whether
direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or otherwise, including any lost profits or
removal, shipping, or installation expenses.

LEGAL RIGHTS:

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which
may vary from country to country or state to state. Some countries and states do not allow any
limitation on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
