PART II: PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES – COVID-19

Judge Stolhandske and his Team continue to monitor the COVID-19 related events as they develop.
The Court has the safety of its Court participants, staff and all team members as its upmost
priority. Therefore, the following additional precautionary measures have been determined:

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY and for the next thirty (30) days:


Participants experiencing cough, fever, flu-like symptoms, or simply feel ill in general: STAY
HOME. Participants may be required to sign a sworn affidavit that they have contacted their doctor
as a precautionary measure.

DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING –


• ALL Participants will continue to call the UA line on a daily basis;
• ALL participants will have the option of continuing to be drug tested through urinalysis
(UA), OR the drug patch. A drug-test patch adheres to a person’s skin like a Band-Aid for up
to 14 days.
• Participants in Phase I, II, or III who chose not to UA as the method of drug/ alcohol testing
are required to use a drug patch AND an alcohol monitoring device;
• Participants in Phases IV, V, or Aftercare who chose not to UA as the method of being drug
tested are required to use a drug patch AND/ OR an alcohol monitoring device. Each case
will reviewed case-by-case to determine the appropriate method of testing.
• Case Managers have already begun to call each participant in Phases I, II and III and ask
which method of drug testing is preferred and to schedule an appointment to adhere the
drug patch, if needed.

NOTE: Cost of a drug patch is $28.55 enough to cover the testing of the patch.

DOCKETS/ COURT REVIEWS -


• Participants will receive instructions how to report to court. TRAC – A participants will be
notified on the Friday before the docket on Monday, March 23, 2020. TRAC – D participants
will be notified on the Thursday before the docket on Friday, March 27, 2020;
• ALL participants should make plans to be available, if necessary, via Skype and/ or in person;
• New Referrals continue to be scheduled for Court.

CLEANTRAC APP -
• Participants who are currently on the Cleantrac app are to continue to be active on
Cleantrac;
• TRAC-A participants in Phase I, II and III, are to use the app;
• TRAC-D participants in Phases I, and II are to use the app.
• Participants are to call their Probation Officer or Case Manager to receive instructions on
how to install this free app and additional information.
