Guidelines to be taken are:
Set target scores for structural, architectural and
M&E works in order to achieve the final CONQUAS ®
score. The component scores can be benchmarked
from other projects of similar category and
CONQUAS ® score
Provide staff and subcontractors with knowledge of
CONQUAS ® requirements and the assessment
process
Plan and implement internal inspection checks based
on CONQUAS ® assessment criteria
Monitor performance and manage improvement
activities to realise target scores set.
