 QC Program installation manual

• extract the QC.zip file.

• install the vcredist_x86.exe file in the QC folder, if not installed visual studio 2008 in the PC.

 QC Program

• execute the VideoViewer.exe file in the QC folder.

• connect the camera and PC.

• if you push the Grab Start button, image will be appear on the VideoViewer windows.

• In case of nothing Lens on the Camera, blind the sensor by hand to check image is getting darkness on the

VideoViewer windows.

• If image is strange, sensor or camera problems

• In case of Lens on the Camera, check image on the VideoViewer windows.

• If image is strange, sensor or camera or Lens problems.

 Composition of VideoViewer windows

1. Grab Start: import the image from the Camera, when you push the Grab Start button after connected
Device.
2. Grab Stop: stop image will be appears on the windows, when you push the Grab Stop button.
3. Save Images: save the current Grab image in the appointed folder.
A. No 9: a number of saved images.
B. No 10: progress bar – according to the number of saved images. (Max 100 image)
C. File nave: “MM.DD HH_MM_SS_SSS”(Month. Date. hr. min. sec. msec).
4. RunQC: execute the QC program.
5. fps: execute the Quality_Checker_Base.exe program by appointed address at VV.ini file.
6. : Bit per Pixel, Width, Height.
7. : Dialog window for saved image folder.
8. : saved image folder address.
A. You can use the button 7 and insert the address directly.
9. : a number of saved images.
10. : progress bar – according to the number of saved images. (Max 100 image)
11. : display the Grab image on windows.

 INI file (VV.ini)

 Program setting information.
 [DIR]
 CUR_DIRECTORY: current executed program Directory
 INI_PATH: address of VV.ini file.
 QC_EXE: address of Quality_Checker_Base.exe file.
 IMG_SAVE_DIRECTORY: address of image save folder.
 [IMAGE_FORMAT]
 BITPERPIXEL: Bit Per Pixel of image
 WIDTH: width resolution of image.
 HEIGHT : height resolution of image.
